... The Nigeria civil and public service is the only way the a greater part of the north can get employment as they can't compete with an intelligent south in private firms. They flood their kit and kins into the civil and public service. Under gej recruitment was done in customs, immigration, and co, but the northerners came into power and said it was fraudulent cause it wasn't flooded with northerners, canceled the recruitment and did theirs. Under buhari shady recruitment have been done in almost all government parastatals, no one knows how this is carried out.

At the end when ever Nigeria moves two steps forward when ruled by a southerner, a northern bigot comes in and takes us 10 steps backwards, by flooding the civil and public service with people who can't compete in any job recruitment in a civilized setting. If buhari thinks they can get away with all these then they are joking because a southern president would one day be in power and cancel all these illegal sacking and recruitment and put qualified people. At the end Nigeria would suffer because this endless cycle of nepotistic sacking and recruitment wouldn't take the country anywhere.

It is hopeless for Nigeria. In Arabian world, Dasuki and co would have been beheaded and all the money retrieved. In China, they are dead on arrival.
In Nigeria, people like are their lawyers and family members. You support them.

I support them because I hate injustice and slander, let the courts find them guilty then we can stone and crucify them, until then they are still innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, not by the mass media. In China they would be beheaded if the are found guilty by a court not by a parochial media.

The question every reasonable person should be asking is why is the f.g afraid of an open trial. Dasuki isn't complaining about going to court but it must be open. Which is his right, and the proper thing to do in this case so that all future looters would learn.

In sane countries, matters relating to govt funds for intelligence is never discussed in public. The witness was perm. secm in ministry of special duties and he simply did his job to counter-sign a cheque for payment.

Exactly why dasuki said he wants an open trial, this APC govt knows that most funds for intelligence and other security issues aren't made available to the public but they choose yo be naive and shallow. Even the budget for pentagon isn't always stated in the american budget. Yet we don't see this kind of rascality displayed by this govt over there.

Fg should grant an open trial, since they are so concerned about this arms deal.
