Well, in most developed countries, there is a provision for paid sick days alongside paid leave, as well as some other benefits. 5 sicks days, 10 days, it depends on the provision. As an employer, you shouldn't care if the person is sick or not when using their sick days. After an employee exhaust their sick days, any other day they are taking off is unpaid. Thereafter, if you decide to abuse a provision, it will be at your own expense. Basically, organization goes beyond the name of a company, it is also an act of being organized.

I was invited for an aptitude test and interview by a company that in April which I went. A week and few days later I was called to come over for my medicals for employment.
Unfortunately, when I got there I was told by the HR head that the message was sent to me in error. Can you imagine!

Has anyone experienced this, and how did you deal with it?

I forgot, the head of HR told me they wanted to give me another position and that was the reason they changed their mind on the initial message telling me to come for medical and promised to get back to me.

Sue them, it's worth a try, even though na Naija level.

Honestly, I can boldly say that agents are a group of people who get free money from people who are too lazy to do their research. I could understand if you were a politician or some 'so-called big man'; hiring a visa agent would be equal to hiring a maid, driver etc, to do what you could do yourself.

In 2021, the internet should be an invaluable resource, especially for the younger generation. Visa agents are no longer necessary, don't be gullible.

Well, I went to Ife and graduated, I have further graduated with a Masters degree from a Jesuit School. I am living comfortably today, so don't assume it's about how I ended up in life.I said what I said, Mr. Great Ife. The point is that I didn't know better like you, according it prestige that is only in the heads of its students, teachers and alumni.

In conclusion, the relationships I made back in Ife are my Great Ife, not the school nor it's teachers. Swallow that and realize everybody has a right to feel how they wanna.
