Huge strategic win for Trump in the fake Georgia RICO case brought by the woke and Sexually promiscuous DA Fani Willis.

The Judge has rejected her efforts to try all 19 defendants (including Trump) together in October and granted a motion by Sidney Powell and one other defendant to instead have their trials severed from the rest and go first.

This does two things for Trump:

1. It all but guarantees that his trial will definitely happen after the 2024 election which is a major loss for Fani and the democrats as we all know they are doing this for political purposes.

2. Trump’s legal team will be able to observe the trial of Sidney Powell and the other defendant, hear all the prosecutor’s arguments, view documents and adjust their defense strategy accordingly. This is tactically important but may not be necessary as Trump might be president by then anyway.

Such a major loss for slutty Fani. They say she is pissed and throwing things all the walls of her office 😂😅

In fact in a similar case the Court of Appeals have already ruled this law unconstitutional. Given the conservative makeup of the Supreme Court, they'll most likely follow suit.

But this is going to be an interesting case. Hunter has retained one of the top Defense Attorneys in the US. He is already arguing that Hunter and the Gov. already have an agreement in place for this (the diversion agreement part of the plea deal that fell apart). And with all the shenanigans that happened with the deal he had in place, should make a compelling case for selective prosecution.
