lol you can only say these things cos you haven't traveled I guess, but bro haven't you thought the way you are also qualified for a job, there are also same indigenes of a country who qualified for same and yet they don't have it and I mean thousands of them! see it's same thing couple of places I've touched. same tribal sentiments, same political drama, same corruption, same...just name it.

our naija is blessed o just that things are mismanaged and it's disheartening.

There are nice biz ideas on the business forum here on Nairaland though. do check them out while you keep searching for jobs.

The problem you have mentioned exists only because you are not exposed to information that can change your life. You are on the internet and there are things you can do on the internet that can make you a billionaire over time, but we are too lazy to read and research. I personally feel I should retire from all endeavors and develop an EPI that will enable me conduct all businesses right from home and on the internet. There is so much money to make and Americans are doing it. I dont know why Nigerians always think of traveling when all you need to make money is digitized already and you only need understand that we are moving towards a world of IoTs. You guys need to start thinking outside the box, because the entire educational system was designed for slavery. The certificate is nothing more than a certification to show that you are qualified to 'work', for somebody directly or indirectly, by working for a corporate entity owned by someone. Is that no slavery ?

You all must understand not to care what people will say, what parents will say and know that the world has changed. Even if you work for 20yrs and earn 200k per month, you cant still afford a good house in a good like Lekki, Lagos where at least the air is clean to sustain longer life. Ignore what the world says, get your hands on skill and love your future. This is my advise, I am not asking you to take it, but I am hoping someone out there will get the message and disconnect himself from a systemic slavery orchestrated by the Lords of the land.

Thanks for betraying your emotion. The joblessness is not the problem, the real problem is your attitude towards the joblessness. Truth is, your new job, is to find a job. So, you can change your attitude and drop that certificate and be wise. Security job is not really a job. Find something to do with your hands and ask the Universe to bless the work of your hand. Those countries you want to travel to, where built by hands of others and I am sure they are not super excited to see foreigners coming to pillage on the opportunities they created. Become a farmer and replicate nature. This is another ancient wisdom.

There is no place that you will go to, that will be like the land of your birth. So, do this. Take stock of how much it will cost you to settle down and have a great life in any country of your choice and take exactly that cash to create yourself a little country where you are the President. Your Home. And Disconnect Emotionally, from the happenstances in Nigeria. View the happenings and comment on them as if it is foreign news. Generate your electricity from renewable source, produce your water and run your little country very smooth.

This is the ancient wisdom for today.
