Please fox fans, am a UK based thinking to buy peugeot 406 to come use in Nigeria , kindly tell me the best model and engine that is good for our road and weather, is it advising to buy right hand drive to come convert to left hand drive in Nigeria or I should just go for left hand drive straight, if safer to convert ,kindly link me with any professional converters in Lagos or UK..

I change gear n transmission oil once in 3 months at most 4 even when d oil is still okay.

Manual gear or automatic gear ,which is not giving problem ? though i love automatic gear but am afraid if its gives problems

Our lawyer had prepared our reviews with legal back up. NOTE: Our passports was not stamped for refusal and my bank statement was returned,even the letter that the Bank sent to the Embassy. For out of country applications, you would normally have to forward your appeal forms and any other relevant documents to the entry post where you refusal notice was issued. Unlike in country appeal,in the out country appeal, the entry post will have a right of first review to see if they have made any error in law in thier decision after which they may reverse thier decision or uphold it at which point they are suppose to forward your appeal bundle to the old Asylum and Immigrations Tribunal now called the Upper Tribunal. The tribunal consisting of a single Judge will review your bundle of documents vis -viz the relevant immigration rules, the ECO decision and a DETERMINATION will be made by the judge of the AIT/UT.

Upon the receipt of the DETERMINATION of the AIT/UT judge, each party i.e., you the Appellant and the Home Office/Entry Post the defendant will have 7-days fro the date of receipt of the DETERMINATION to either appeal to decision of the Judge (- which usually is in the form called RECONSIDERATION OF DECISION) to an Higher Judge, which usually is a High Court judge and the judge will either uphold the decision of the Tribunal judge, upturn it or stay proceedings pending if a supreme court judgemeny on a point of law is imminent within the stipulated time frame for the rexonsideration to be carried out by the Senior judge of the High Court/Upper Tier Tribunal- usually 14 working days from the date of receipt are given for reconsideration by the Senoor Judge -

Upon receipt of the reconsideration notice of the senior judge, either party to the appeal can decide to take to case further to the High Court then Appeals Court way up to the Supreme Court depending on the nature of the matter in dispute in the decision.

Time frame for an appeal could take snything between 4-months to 3years depending on where the case lands, i.e, High court, Appeal Court or Supreme Court.

Let me say this that both Administrative review and Appeals to the Tribunal can be carried out by yourself or through the service of a representative in the form of an Immigration Solicitor.

Also, your chances of success depends on a number pf factors but mainly error in law will result in the decision being upturned in your favour but that does not mean the Visas or Entry Clearance will be issued you. The judge/tribunal could refer the case back for reconsideration by a tribunal or the home office could request for withdrawal of thier initial decision(s) for a reconsideration. This they sometimes do if they realize they are about to loose the case which might have effect on several other cases!

The embassy requested for 3 same students that used there bank together,but instead to give separate account balances they only gave my balance for 3 of us. Though l saw it in there letter send to the embassy which was mistakely put in my parcel which the bank told the embassy that the statements scan and mailled to them was blurred. NOTE: The embassy did not stamp our passport for refusals and ask us for Adm. review. We have got lawyer and also fired the bank,but the bank keep begging us and said they will re contact the embassy for us. Omo_Tier1,wat is our chance?

@Onile, according to the UKBA Websites which says once you get ur visa you can enter Uk at anytime start from the date of the visa but not before the start date if u got it earlier. Now Mr. Justwise,we remaining here have thesame cases. If our school refused to give us extension letter to cross boader when getting our visa later after deadlines,can we still travel according to UKBA statements? Urgent and important.

They'll take u to istanbul airport first and connect u to Minsk2 airpot. Istanbul is d Turkey capital while Minsk is the Belarus capital. Dn't buy weekend ticket cos it will make u stay to the next day at instanbul and the immigratn there may want trouble u for no visa but the week days will make u stay like 2hours. This 2hrs is not much oh,so dn't go for sight seeing just go Transit desk and tell dem u r connecting to Minsk and they will tell u the boarding gate number. Gudluck!

Turkishair is the best for that if u already original IV,cost is 170k though l got mine with an agent but l will advice u to go to the turkishair at MMA airport to buy it at cheaper rate. BTA,since u'r spending 2 weeks 1000$ is good. Check google to find hotels in Belarus they will also get u official invitation and payment voucher once you pay for the hotel,with that u can board turkish air safely at MMA.

That is a good idea infact that was my plan but you know u need to do some market research then go on business visit. But there is still limitations if u don't speak the language,so u must hire a translator. Check facebook for Nigerian community in Belarus. Best of luck.
