You dont get it ma'am, yes am depositing it myself just want to know if any meaningful explanation will convince the ECO with my above previous travel history and the present Education and work. Suggestions are highly welcome on my status for a successful TRV.

Great Nairalanders please I need to ask this, as a Nigeria university current student with UK previous travel history willing to visit UK again but a self employed with no regular income, though he will be getting 500k to his bank statement to apply for the visit visa. Please advice how to explain this huge deposit into his account.

Please ppl I will like to ask this doubting question. An Uncle who is a British citizen is sending me an invitation letter without any supporting documents, he claimed he will include his contact in the letter for ECO to contact him if need arise. Pls is this possible with just the letter alone ?

Sorry bro I was trying to say if the decision was a CLOSED application which the attached refusal letter will indicate, that means you will have to make a fresh application and if not CLOSED decision,you will be given option to appeal there decision which you will find in the letter enclosed. You can make a notarize appeal letter yourself addressing there reasons of refusal ,why they shouldn't have refused your application. Just return same documents back to them. If not make a fresh application and address the precious refusal with a letter... Best of luck .

I got my kids passport back yesterday when I receive this mail tagged application Accepted.
but the visa refuse when pick up at vfs for this minor on the following reason. And we plan to visit US and Canada
1.purpose of visit
2.personal asset and financial status
forgetting that they are minor that I will accompany them for their vacation.
Any one on previous experience and a better approach to this status. Thank you

Yes boss I apply for my 2kids now, they have already travel with me to France and Holland. They have also gotten their US visa planing to visit the two country together for Xmas period. That's the mood oo bro.

My friend I can smell you are planning to send your wife to a journey of no return in UK,anyway I dont know how that can be possible to get visa with both of you status. But I want to tell you this to not risk the life of your wife in sending her on a mission of no return,UK is not what you think..Money doesn't grow on the street there ,my 1 kobo advice ... It's a good thing you are coming to Manitoba. It's a great province to start life in Canada. Yes you can't do much until you land. Regarding your wife, canada places a lot of importance to job experience, if she really knows her stuff she can get an entry level job in insurance right away although entry level jobs in insurance is commission based. I'd she is not able to get a job, she has to be open to retraining. In the meantime there are a lot of survival jobs like factory work, health care support and cashier jobs. However they are only survival jobs till you can go back to practicing your profession. Also I will advice you to register at Manitoba start, they have a lot of programs for newcomers. They will help with CV writing, interview preparations and you will be assigned a career coach. Please forgive my errors. Good luck to both of you.

Yes I am a first time applicant to Canada and I don't know anybody in Canada. I booked a hotel in Toronto and attached a flight itinery.

However, I've been to the US 4 times between 2010 and 2015 and I've been issued two American visa's between same 2010 and 2015. I still have a valid American visa on my passport.

I made a new intl passport May 2015 so it expires May 2020.

Congrat, please can put light on how you go about the flight itinerary,and did you paid for the hotel booked?

There is no easiest or hardest way of getting a visa, meeting the requirements is a starting point then the ECO will make that decision

@Justwise,I just want to know which option will be best to use between family visit or Tourism for that category.

Please my good people in the house,how will you advice a current 200 level University student in Nigeria who is also a self employed business person,who has been to the UK in the last 2yrs but willing to apply for a visit visa for upcoming Christmas seasons,how and easiest ways to be granted Visa. Note: the previous visa was student visa.

That's what we applied for and the interview date is 21st July, 2015. I was able to do my own interview by 7pm for personalersonal secretary ii and still remain two other cadre by the time I left. Is like all the interview done today is for administrative officers, lecturers will be done in other date I don't know

what was the outcome of your interview,is that the last selections of the interview for administrative officers you did already? Do you applied with first degree?

Congrats to all that just got there TRV, the process time was 10 working days maybe their is a change in policies. Successful TRV should please list the documents submitted here for others to learn. I wish you all safe trip.
