Guys, I also confirmed this info from 2 of my group members who are in the 1st batch; that FBN will call those who got congratulatory SMS but yet to get medical/documentation by the end of June, that the head of strategic mgt of FBN told them that the training for batch 1 starts next week Wednesday and that they can't say what will happen to those who are yet to receive any message, but I still believe that God can do all things. Personally, I think anyone who got SMS for personality test and contact update should be invited, although we have some peeps who didn't get SMS for personality test but got contact update, well I can't say about those ones. Anyway, I thank God I still have hope for 2nd Batch by the grace of God I will get this Job.

@ Vivicatee, pls when will the 1st batch begin training, and how long will it be?

@ eeemmmmyyyy, Congrats for ur success today, please I want to know if FBN are very strict about the age requirement? Example, if a person was 27 yrs+ some months as at February 2012 whereas FBN requirement is not above 27 as at February 2012, did any issue like this come up today? and what is ur advice based on what u saw at FBN today?

@ Kennyone, I'm sorry for being to forward, I did not know that some people are doing today. @ eeeeemmmmmyyyy, please did you confirm when we that received congratulatory message but yet to get sms for medicals/documentation are likely to be invited? Are we going to do training together with batch 1?

@ Kennyone, nobody is having any medicals/documentation today. The invitees are batch 1, so how could they split them again haha!

Medicals and documentation starts tomorrow 31/05/12 not today

@ Scenerio, I also wish everybody well but what I'm saying has nothing to do with discrimination. I'm not in d mood to exchange words with anyone...I'm expecting my won testimony so u may look elsewhere if u want to argue!

Guyz let's be calm about this issue, it is already certain that invitation for medicals/documentation is in batches at least FBN also quoted it in the congratulatory sms sent to us, so why are we worrying ourselves, better still, the first batch peeps are going there tomorrow so they will confirm for us. The only set of peeps I think should be bothered now are those yet to receive any SMS. The fact that we received SMS directly from FIRST BANK means we are successful already. God knows best for us.

House pls, I learnt that FBN is very strict about documentation especially age because they will still go to our schools and NYSC to confirm our result, age and other information before they confirm us after 6 months. Please my question is that if someone is 27years plus 7months as at February 2012 does it mean that person is over age? Please lets answer this question based on our past experiences....Success to everyone

@Talk2dhanny, Yes o I'm the one o. I've received confirmation that I passed the assessment centre but yet to get the SMS for documentation and medical, I guess I'm in second batch. Lord am waiting on you o

GOD YOU ARE SO GOOD TO MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...I ALSO GOT THE SMS LIVE AND DIRECT FROM FIRST BANK THAT I WAS SUCCESSFUL AT THE ASSESSMENT CENTRE AND THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO MEEEEEEEE ...PRAISE GOD!!!!!!

@ Cwoike, to say the fact, how many of us can vouch that he or she is actually 27 years old in February as requested by FBN? This is Nigeria where everyone has official age, even our Mr. President, so that is not a problem may God show mercy on us. But I'm still within the age bracket oooooo only some months above.

@ KENNYONE, if your friend's information is reliable, that means those who received sms for contact update last week should be celebrating because I don't think they can ask us to update our contacts if they haven't concluded on our issues. Please house what do you feel? let's talk now and free our minds, I know God is at work, no cause for alarm!

I wish we could have one representative of FBN or workforce on this nairaland so that they could know how anxious we are to receive our invitations for medicals or training from them, in fact boys can't sleep with the 2 eyes closed again o because their SMS usually enter phone in the mid-nights. I believe this week is my week of Joy and success...waiting! waiting!! waiting!!!

I am more concerned with the Job security and opportunity for career development in FBN, not the payment, another thing that also excites me is the non-discriminatory behaviour of FBN to all members of staff be ye HND or Bsc. I pray to God that he gives me this rare opportunity to work in FBN in Jesus name, AMEN. God I know I am not a saint and I have fallen short of your glory many times, but please for the sake of Christ Jesus, don't allow any obstacle to stand on my way for this FBN job that is already knocking at my door...I will get there!

Some people did not receive sms for contacts update but we can't say if they still have hope because their details have been removed from the data base at least I know someone who told me he didn't receive the sms yesterday, may be they still have hope. As per the next stage, I think this contact update would help workforce/FBN know how to schedule people for medical test, let's hope so. I wish everyone all the best...success to me in Jesus name. @ Kennyone, are u also a victim of that? Or did u see the infomation because when I asked a friend he said the email address was supposed to be at the colunm where they alredy wrote our middle name, so when I checked and saw my name in order, I didnt even try to see what was in the front because I was so conscious of time, u know they gave us 15 mins.

@ emmyyyy, thanx for your response I also though as much but I wasn't sure if some people were not invited for the personality test. I hope all will be well in Jesus name and we shall get the job. Please let me ask you this question, I think u can remember the info on personality test we did, some people said we were asked to fill in our email address but I didn't see it, although the page where we were supposed to fill the email was said to be optional, did u observe this?

House please there is this thing disturbing my mind o, I want to ask if anyone knows whether everybody who participated in the assessment centre got sms invitation for personality test, secondly, are they going to grade personality test separately or together with the assessment center exercise...i'm waiting for your response pls.

Now, I believe the personality test is for everybody because I've been bothering about it that under normal circumstances, personality test should be part of assessment center exercise. I wish everyone best of luck...success to me also.

I'm happy I could submit amidst very bad network...pls must we not exceed the 15 mins? because I think I spent close to 17 mins because of bad network, but I trust my GOD...I'm waiting for my goodnews

Please, I know First bank does employ HND (Upper credit) but I want to know if there is any form of discrimination between HND and Bsc holders in FBN after or before employment. I also like to know the difference between Graduate trainee and entry level? Thanks

FBN hopefuls, why is this thread soooo dull, pls don't be panic, God who has taken us this far is still there to help us to fulfill our desires. Well, I believe everything went well at the assessment centre during my turn, my group actually worked together and produced strategic ideas, the presentation was also very good, as well as the CBI and the initial reasoning test we did, but I know Favour and mercies of God is sufficient for me in all these...I'm expecting good news!
