Has anyone used a watermarked transcript for the verification process before? Mine was watermarked with "Federal Ministry of Education". Hope this won't be a problem?

I had a similar issue when I wanted to do my verification, they didn't ask me for an affidavit although I did just in case, when submitting my documents I just called the person attention to it, he checked the affidavit and didn't see MOFA stamp/signature, he gave me a correction form to come 2 days later and submit the affidavit with MOFA stamp/signature.

Do an affidavit that states your NAME and the names that appear on your documents that are not the same, claiming those names are the same as your NAME, then get MOFA stamp/signature on the affidavit; if you don't do this, they will likely call you back within the verification process, you know what that means.

In your own case, did you do only one affidavit that covered all the documents with a different name arrangement or did you do an affidavit for each of the document?
Like in my own case, my first name appeared first on four of my documents. So, can one affidavit cover all four documents or do I need to swear an affidavit per document.

Did the name arrangement change because that is how the school write it or the name belongs to two different people.
Some institutions arrange names like.
Surname, First Name Middle Name

While some other Institutions arrange the name as
First Name Middle Name Surname

If the mistake is not from you and it is just based on the arrangement due to the institution. You don't need to do any affidavit. The people doing the Verification will understand.

But if the mistake is from you or the certificate belongs to two different people then there will be problem.

The arrangement from my school is actually First name Middle name Surname.
Now, the guys at the MOE used same name arrangement as that of my school to write my Eligibility Letter and Letter of English Proficiency. Can this also be a problem during the verification process

Please I need some clarification on this. Let’s say my full name is Ciroma Chukwuma Adekunle, where Ciroma is my surname, Chukwuma is my first name and Adekunle is my Middle name. And this name has appeared this way on all my certs. But on my degree, transcript, eligibility letter and letter of English Proficiency the name arrangement now changed to Chukwuma Adekunle Ciroma. What is the best decision to take in this scenario?
Should I submit the documents like that to the embassy for verification? Will it scale through the process?
or Should I swear and authenticate affidavits to cover the name arrangement on the listed documents?

No, not necessary, because before being issued an entry visa by the austrian embassy in Nigeria, your responsible/relevant local authority in Austria has already issued you a residence permit, just waiting for you to come and pick it up.

On arrival ,what may be of pertinence is the registration of your residential address with the authority and obtain the confirmation "Meldezettel". Also registering with your local health insurance scheme " Gesundheitskasse" for your social/health insurance card, EHIC.

Is the transcript student copy or is your school that have to send the transcript to them if is your school that have to send the transcript to them, you can pm then I will tell you the process to be send

It's the official copy and to be sent from my school to them. Please, how do I go about it?

Please who has sent transcript to Ministry of Education before, which address did you use? I want to send mine there and pick it up during my authentication.

Do I need to scan my original transcript and BSc. cert, forward it to my school via email (to verify its authenticity) while copying the MOE in the mail before I can go to the MOE with them? You can get eligibility letter from the Ministry of Education but I don't know the cost.

To do that, you'll have to book an appointment at their website. Lookout for available dates on Tuesday an Thursday nights.

Please I want to be clarified on something... As some BSc courses require an English competence level of "B2","C1", e.t.c. Can someone just submit a letter of English proficiency from MOE in place of these English requirements.

I am married but have only done court wedding...the name I answered is my husband's name (The name in our marriage certificate) I applied for change of name which is out already and court affidavit ...I want to apply for international passport (first time)

Now my question is, can I use my old name to apply for international passport since it's the same name on my NIN and they're requesting for NIN, or should I use the present name I am answering ?

I just want something that will make it easier to prove relationship with my husband if I eventually get a job in the UK by God's grace.

If you want to use your new name for the passport application, then you've got to apply for change of name from NIN too. This is because, currently, your personal details on the international passport must tally with that of your NIN.
