(1) is it ok/secured to get a shared accomodation or flat with the whites, or i seek one strictly with Nigerians, am not discriminating, but i dont know if u get my point?
(2) what are d job chances? i mean casuals i can do while studying and during holidays, cos thats a major now as that is the only way i can get money for my up keep.

list of financial institutions

Hi people!, Justwise and co, please if i am not mistaking, I have read on the new UKBA rules that they have published a list of accredited banks for verification of maintanance fund account, i.e their accepted banks, but i have searched the UKBA site and i cant find the list yet, Please am curious about this cos i have my funds counting in Intercontinental bank and i hope it is a bank they will accept

1)I have put my deposit in my account to run for the 28days as normal, the account has been mine for over 4years now and in my name, a friend has told me to include my parents' property documents and salary pay slip, also with a letter from my parents in my visa application indicating that they are responsible for my expenses to increase my chances, but I am thinking my parents shouldn't have any thing to do with my application since the money has been in my own personal account and i intend to put in the visa application that I am the one sponsoring myself., does my parent have to write a letter of sponsorship or present their documents, it doesn't concern them i think?

2)I work, but i cannot present my payslip or job appointment letter to the UKBA as part of application document due to some reasons , as such i want to tell UKBA that i don't work since i can't present the documents at the moment, is it ok that way? Also during my application to the school i submitted an employment refrence letter as part of my addmission documents,i hope the school wouldn't have iunformed ukba tru CAS already that i work as against my claim that i dont work?

HI all, This is a very impressive forum and i must confess i have gained alot.

Actually I have my CAS already for the UNiversity of Northampton but I have an issue, I paid 4250 to the school and indicated in my fx form and Telex i submitted to the school in request for my CAS that 4000 was tuition and 250 for my accomodation and I have filled an online accomodation form, but on sending me my CAS they didnt indicated that i paid 250 for accomodation, they only stated (total amount paid til date=4250) they didnt state that i paid for accomodation.
1)Now my concern is in my visa application, should i state that i have paid for accomodation or i should just leave it and assume the totalty of the money is tuition?

2) another fear is that i have been told if one pays an accomodation deposit, chances of visa is higher that paying without accomodation, that is why i have indicated that 250 was for accomodation in the telex i sen to the school, but they have not put it as that in my CAS, I hope not paying an accomodation deposit doesnt reduce chances of ones visa?

Just thought to seek peoples opinion and idea through this board, I have plans of moving into the uk for my MSc program by september this year, prescisely University of Northampton, please can anyone out there advise me on the way things are there?
