U need two different people to sign. The person dat signs lga form can sign one of the reference form while u look for another person to sign d second reference form

Oga sherrif I went to my uni today for attestation letter at the registry dept but the secretary to the register told me they only give to students who are yet to collect their certificate. Do you think it will be a problem if I don't get it or should I just get someone to sign in my dept

Yes baba... They know people are traveling from various places. We are not witches Na... I feel the main thing will start on the 10th but be sure to arrive on the 9th if u are shortlisted

Exactly bro that one dey. The main thing is to build stamina then gradually add speed ( not usain bolt kind of speed o)

Eg: jog a certain distance like 1 week den the next week after u must have built stamina, u cover dat same distance but in less time

E dey ok. Alternatively, run 20 minutes non stop. After a while, Complete d same distance in less time. But if u have an Android fone check properly there should be google map

hehe, i will advice you cover actual distance, it helps build resilience. like me i run on a rough terrain with no water, or any money sef. people around are beginning to ask why i have leaned down.

Don't underate that 3.2km race
I felt I was agile that I will finish it in time
But na lie o. I go try am 3 days ago. Omo na die I wan die after 3 laps round the standard race track. But I made sure I completed the 8 laps 3-2-1-1-1 with rests in between
I went again yesterday and I've improved to 4-3-3 with rest in between
Next is to 5 and then 6 till I get to 8
And finally to complete it within 15 minutes..
So start yours ASAP. So you can get fit before judgement day.
