Hello doctors in the house, please forgive my typo. Am a truck driver and all the time what I do is sitting.
I found out I gat a butt pain 3 months ago, when I take pain relieve, it did relieve me, but come back again, I was advice to re structure my cab seat, which I did and before the day end the pain will go from left side to right.

Kindly advise me the type of drugs I can use..

N:B have used pregabalin 75 and other paracetamol product together and the pain left for some weeks and come back..

And if I sit for a while, the pain will be severe and won't be able to work properly

He/she is back and I have received the soft copy of the whole work contract documents totally almost 15 pages with three letters addressed directly to polish embassy in Nigeria. bros since I Googled the earnings of an average truck driver in the US. Naija job just tire me. I am currently trying to save massively before looking for a way to get there. Even as a certified truck driver in naija you would still be expected to go to their truck driving schools for certification. America wan burst my brain aswear. Cool and easy cash

In trucking, it's either you're a light duty driver or a heavy duty driver.

I doubt the OP making a pass at Dangote Transport driving test cos its a different thing driving ten tyre/mini trucks compared to heavy duty 22 tyre trucks.
Some driver move tomatoes, animals and foodstuffs while other move biscuits but for you to truck 45 tons of cement or Fuel/gas day in day out is on another level.

Drivers get grade.

I quite aagreed with u, like me I drive a mistubishi fuso truck 6 tyres heavy duty trucks that carry breweries product. And we still have 45 tons truckdriver with us as well..

Sure, but not all... Even when the truck is empty accident may still occur..

In Nigeria, it's 50k for minimum but diaspora I don't know

start with mistubishi canter. 6 tyres

Go on YouTube, it's fun learning from it.. there, you will find some lessons theorically..

get some lesson or download videos on YouTube on how to drive trucks.. it's fun...

well, six years in trucking has not been easy, bad roads, tout, police or army brutality and so on... that's the negativity around it. but if you know ur way, you are ready to go...

school or training centres for trucks.. I don't think we have them except the one my colleague discuss earlier.

it's been Iong I learnt truck when I finish my ordinary national diploma with the polytechnic ibadan year 2009. after schooling, I became a conductor for 3years. though I stopped at a time and I came back after my first child in 2014.

from maintenance sir,

there are two sources trucks gain their brake.

1, from air i.e the air must be fill up the bar before moving to avoid stories.

2. from the pad, which all cars and trucks used, but recent trucks used both. that both the pad and the air...
