I think you are better off using the professionals for the roofing stage. This is quite delicate and you need to get it right to avoid long term issues and financial set backs. I can recommend a few to you if interested

Thats correct. Alot of people don't know how to use this so we are working on ensuring we get the right treated wood.

This will save on costs and if well maintained and protected it will serve well against our harsh weather elements.
