Ontario conduct their own draws, based on required or needed categories, mostly in the HCP draws (https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream) which is just like mini express entry draws where specific in-demand categories are sent Notification of Interest (NOI), based on their NOC codes and CRS scores.

Theres nothing much you can do than to wait. You may be lucky if your express entry primary NOC is in demand (i.e STEM), then they send you NOI.

There are times they request for updated POF.

Its safer not to touch the funds until your Canada fate is decided.

You'd need to get recent POF documents i dont think it should be more than 7 to 10 days old.

The required number of months is 6 months, as stated on the IRCC website. Else, youll probably get a PFL or worse still get rejected for incomplete application.

Please a question about POF for express entry. My husband and I are in the pool and I'm the principal applicant. The POF is in my account and we DO NOT HAVE A JOINT ACCOUNT. How do I prove my husband has access to the fund in my account?

Since you are the primary applicant and the money is in your account, that shouldn't be an issue.

However, if theres money in your husband's account that you need to include in your POF, he'd need to write a letter stating that you have access to the money in his account.
