My thoughts:

1. You need to stop applying for the visa for a while - at least one year. I know you really want to see your Mum but three refusals back to back is a big deal and you need to plan strategically before she reapplies.

2. It does appear that the visa officer was looking for a reason to deny the visa - and he/she found a few minor reasons (that should ordinarily be overlooked).

3. From what I see, one major mistake I think you made was not including her own statement of account. Yes, I know it was a reason for a previous refusal but still, you should have included her own statement of account - with every single deposit explained.

4. I note that your Mum is retired. However, she did not state that she has any savings. I don't know what she did before she retired but I find it hard to believe that she does not have any savings. It is a major red flag as it does appear that she is financially dependent on you. And if she is, it is easier and better for her to stay with you in the UK. That is how the visa officers think. Yes, you can be retired. But surely, you saved some money all those years you were working. That is how they think.

5. Your sponsorship with 3,000 is too much. I assume you will provide accomodation and feeding, then about 1,500 is enough. That is for her ticket and some shopping money. I know that was not a reason for the refusal but all these little details add up. Sometimes, they don't even state all the reasons for the refusal - and then bring it up as a reason for refusal in the next application (meanwhile stating that each application is looked at differently. Big lie. The fact is: a previous refusal will impact a future application)

6. If you work two jobs and need to sponsor your Mum, then you need to get the wages for the second job paid into another account. I don't know if that is possible but I would highly recommend that

Even though I'm not a professional, let me just drop my view/opinion based on the screenshot.

I think you need to prove that your mum has something VERY important that will serve as home ties rather than using her two daughters. Something important like business or anything that will be so dear to her that she can't leave for a long time. (Meaning she won't exceed her stay in the UK and return back because she has important business to handle)

Secondly, I think the account you're using as POF should be having both debit and credit. The screenshot show the amount was somehow inflated or something. Let it reflect the actual balance and the money shouldn't be idle.

Thirdly, try what I suggested first and let that be added to income mummsy makes alongside the 800k that was stated in the screenshot. You see when it was converted to Pound, it wasn't up to £400 annually (despite the fact that she's not depending on the money). If she has a business, you can use profit from the business to inflate her income in her next application.

Like I said earlier, it's not a professional advise but just an opinion.

This looks so much like the ECO was just shopping around for what to use to turn down the application.

How can you say presence of her Son, daughter in law and grand child holds more significance for her to stay put in the UK than her other 2 daughters.

Now, when multiple credits are flagged in applicant's account, ECO usually say "credits not from your employer with origins unknown, but this one conveniently was not explicit, just said "was used to inflate account."

Also, did you indeed omit your mum's account statement? We have even seen a number of people being sponsored that didn't drop their account statement and which came out successful.

The thing I suspect is that those ECOs are probably overworked and always prefer to play safe by rejecting applications instead of putting in the work to provide justification for approving such.

And they are generally biased against people with prior refusal.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with doing petty trading as there are such people here who also declare to HMRC that they are making so little profit on their business ie. Less than 1000 pounds and should not pay tax.
The onus is to prove the business exists and to provide more insight into the personal circumstances of the applicant and why they would come back
1. Reduce trip duration to 3 weeks and tie it to her coming to see her grandchild that was recently birthed. Establish a lovely up to date relationship between yourselves.. include vide or phone calls, chats, money transfers etc
You must connect the ECO to seeing how important this trip is to you
2. Provide a 6 month to 1 year bank statement to give them an idea of her TRUE circumstances.
3. Personally I would not provide a 3000 pounds statement from a family to sponsor another individual, it looks small to me. You can make it up to 5k.
4. She has a 3 bedroom flat, provide enough documentation to prove ownership and how she is in authority of this property and can not leave it and also would not manage it from abroad if she illegally stays back.
5. Her petty business, provide receipts , shop rents from 1900, pictures in the shop, pictures of outside the shop, pictures with her customers, pictures from f her going to purchase her wares and any other information to substantiate that this business building does exist.
6. Show that she is only going for a short visit and would be back because of all of the above.
7. Although your sisters are full blown adults she can still say since the death of your father herself and the girls have become inseparable and they all live together and she is still providing emotional and financial support to them. That she can not abandon them. You can look for evidence of these to add.
8. Any church, mosque or organisations she belongs to in the community? Any leadership position? Even sub market leader, provide letters from them as well as pictorial evidence where possible
9. Acknowledge the initial application and address all points on the vis refusal letter.
You can also tell them there were multiple credits during that time as maybe she had so many business purchases or a health challenge or a domestic need that was been addressed at that time.. you need to provide an explanation for what they saw as multiple accounts padding.
Lastly please read the last 3 pages and the information people were asked to provide it would help especially on BUDGET.
Write cover letters from the applicant and the sponsor to UKVI explaining each party’s side. Goodluck

1. Over 4 months can not work. If she gets the visa then you can think about a longer stay. Her stay on her application must significantly reduce to 1 month and below.
2. You padded her account. ECO noticed. Then self employed with 100k a year. Which is so low. Why call this self employed. So no savings. What other things does she have as ties?
3. Overall 3k pounds for extra mouth and yourselves for me is not making sense for over a 4 month period.

Please can you stop with the reapply immediately notion first and try to identify her ties to Nigeria and what will bring her back? No visa officer will grant her a visa if you go back the same way you just came. It was a poorly done app.

My brp dropped November 1st. On my tracker tls portal, it’s still at “application received by dmc “ and it’s over 3weeks already.

I did paid call today. I was told a decision is made already. So I asked them my application is over 3weeks that I need it at VAC. I was told my escalation may take 15working days for response. 15working days will lapse to December which I already booked my flight.

Please any further step I can take please..

Netflix's numbering for the seasons are wrong. Season 2 is Season 3 on Netflix. So what your friend watched was actually Season 3, not 4.
