Pearlpeluz: It depends on your preffered location.Cn you give me a breakdown in the various locations please, and thank you. |
Pearlpeluz: Plan and prepare. U're resuming after easter. You have enough time already. Read your Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and English notebooks, cover your weak areas. Remember, the race begins from 100 level. If you lose it now, you might regret it throughout your stay in Lautech. All the best, though. Please what's the cost of accommodation in the hostels? |
CFCfan: Nice one from Ike Uche. The competition for spots in the forward dept is going to be fierce. I think Keshi may pick a max of 6 forwards.Exactly. I don't want to be Keshi right now. All these strikers who seem to be getting goals at his disposal. At the end of the day, he can't take more than three, maybe four. Plus let's not forget Nsofor and Uche Nwofor. |
This guy will be a good addition to our midfield. We need options. Musa is very erratic and makes wrong decisions. I liken him to Lenon; all speed and little brain. Moses not getting playing time at Liv. Oduamadi has failed in flying colors. And Ideye, I personally will be there to make sure he doesn't board that plane to Brazil. |
Spot on. Although I'll pick Pierre Emerick Aubemeyang in the hole behind that striker in place of Gyan. That is if we are looking at the whole of 2013 and not just the Nations Cup. But I understand your need to include a Ghanaian on the list. |
The menu to check our admission status on lautech's site is no longer there. Anyone else noticed this too? And do we need to print that page? |
deor03: I really appreciate the maturity and civility on that Iranian blog. Points were being made with fact and references, arguments were put forward with mutual respect.Well I've observed that most Nigerians need drama to coexist |
I don't blame them to be honest. I don't think much of the Iranians, I believe we'll defeat Bosnia and get a draw out of Argentina. Everyone believes what they want to believe. |
hollandis: People that have graduated complained there was no job for them .Why are you going into the same venture. Why can't you guys school abroad ,its a lot cheaper ,safer and rewarding.Na free dem dey school abroad now :-/ |

Chomzy19: My best book dis year shld be either 'If tomorrow comes' or d 'other side of midnight' all by Sidney SheldonTry Sands of Time, Tell Me Your Dreams, Nothing Lasts Forever. They are all very good. |
datbay: I have being checking nairalands frontpage for sometime, and the question that keeps coming to my mind is,are these mods trained at all?For christ sake, nairaland is a website and not a blog. There are several interesting and well educating topics wasting away in various sessions yet topics like this made fp,nawa ooo Yomieluv: What's our business if she needs a 3 bedroom flat, she can go live inside hole for all I care. Frontpage material indeed. Omni_Sparrow: Is she tontoh? y did dis make front page? if she needs a house, how does dat affect price of vaseline? Yomieluv: What's our business if she needs a 3 bedroom flat, she can go live inside hole for all I care. Frontpage material indeed. How do you people think? ![]() |
This guy was tormenting fullbacks when he was at Wigan, had an average first season at Chelsea and just went downhill at Liverpool. I just find it ironic for a player with pace to slow down the game, kills his team mates' morale. He'll be returned to Chelsea at the end of the season and then sold off to some mid-table team. |
Ok. You can also drop some very good books you read that were published this year. I was going to make the thread about books published this year alone, but I thought the scope of the thread will be limited and not too many people I've read any books published this year. |
tpia@:Yes, just books you read this year irrespective of year of publication. |

Please, someone should answer me, I only have the photocopy of my post utme teller, I submitted the original on the day of the exam. Will they accept just the photocopies? |
A lot of great books have been written this year. As the year draws to an end, I'd like to take a look at some of the best books we've read this year. Some of my best are; Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand: This book is a WWII story of survival, resilience and redemption. It tells a tragic story of allied prisoners of war in Japanese POW camps and death camps. A very compelling, devastating and ultimately redeeming book everyone should read. A Thousand Splendid Suns: This is a story of intense delicacy and strength buried under the surface of the cruel and capricious life imposed upon two Afghani women. Set during the period of ethnic conflict in Afghanistan after the Russian Communist left. It's a story of oppression and brutality, and also the strength and toughness of human spirit. I'm currently reading WAVE By Sonali Deraniyagala a tragic story of a survivor of the Indian ocean tsunami in Sri Lanka. Deraniyagala lost her husband and two young sons to the disaster. Chimamanda Adichie's Americanah, Sidney Sheldon's Sands of Time, Roots by Alex Haley John Green's The Fault in Our Stars are also some very good books I've read this year. The floor is open now, share some of the best books you've read in 2013. |
Please those who have done their clearance, what happened to people who submitted their teller of the payment made for postume during the exam? |
yarcs: Since when have you been in nigeria? And which part of nigeria are you staying?Did he tell you he was in Nigeria? |
django1: To be honest with you I can't remember the name of dt novel, but it started with an american tourist getting lost in a russian forest and coming in contact with an escaped POW.Thanks, will Google it. |
django1: I tire for 50calibre oo.Please what's the name of the book? |

suki-j:Who said anything about winning the world cup? :-/ |
Kolade9: did your 1st choice school admit you?Haven't been admitted in my first choice school yet. |
Has anybody started paying acceptance fee yet, both first and second batch and has any deadline been set? |
Osasu99:I scored 70 so I think I beat the cut off. This is the second batch admission through jamb site although no list has been released by the school. Unfortunately, I'm not on 2go, but you can drop your number if you're on whatsapp |
dapsondou: Wow!Yeah, thanks. |
Folarin-ibrahim:Yeah, jamb. does not give double admission. I think you'll have to go to polyibadan to reject the admission although I'm not too familiar with the process. |
dapsondou: When were u admitted bro?I just checked admission status on jamb site. I applied for medicine but was given physiology. |
:-/
