Op, one thing i can guarantee you is you will eventually be fine okay.

As far as Nigeria is concerned, I'm confidently telling you there are lot of people in your shoes. Many of them just don't have access to cyberspace, else their rant will be all over here.

Then we have those who have access to cyberspace, But they choose to bottle up, accept their faith and move on with life.

Welcome to Earth, Nigeria.
When will I eventually be fine? Till I suffer more and die?

Diconnect asap if you want to make anything meaningful with your life. In my experience, I was able to create a better bond with friends than with some family members. Learn to be transactional with your love and attention, and never love anyone who does not love, never call anyone who does not call. That is the way I live my life.
That's even how it should be.
Dey for who dey with you

To be poor is bad. But it depend on mindset of what you create in your sub concious mind and even at that you are not poor if I may say because your parent try for you to be educated and if going by this you are not poor, all what you need now is look inward you and try create something out of yourself and believe in your heart that what you sow inside you would surely common out openly . Peace

FamilyI'm About To Completely Disconnect From My Family by Brazino(op):
I want to, from tommorow, completely disconnect and dissociate myself from my family. I want to stay aloof, estranged and alienated from them all. I mean my mum, siblings, uncles, aunties and cousins and relatives, and maybe, friends. Since I have always been alone in this world, let me just remain so.
People have taught me a lot in this life.
You have a mother who doesn't care about your existence and only wants to continue receiving from you even when she knows you don't have.
I remember been homeless two years ago, and no relative of mine was able to accommodate me because they either have a live-in lover or wives. A family where nobody is accountable to anyone, where nobody cares about me despite showing them love. I am tired of showing this love.
I no longer have confidence in humanity. The world is a wicked place filled with wicked people. People of no conscience. If I die, I die and if there's nobody to bury me in wherever I die, I will rot and become fertile for the soil and crops on that soil would do well.
Festive seasons are a period of reuniting with family members, but never in my life have I been together with my family. I came here alone and I'll go back alone. I'm no longer afraid of death. I just want to be successful in life. I regret life. I Regret being a human being. I regret coming from where I came from. I regret having this family. I regret!
While others are saying "Family is everything", I keep wondering why my own is the opposite.
Continue to rest in peace, my father. I believe if you were alive, the story would have been different.
Life is frustrating.

It's not really easy to spot a lady from the lowest class. They are always trying to meet up , trying to impress you even when you don't give a F about them.

Girls from middle class or girls whose parents can take good care of their essential needs don't have time to impress you
Oga, this post isn't peculiar to girls alone. I'm surprised you're mentioning just girls, as if guys aren't also guilty of same

FamilyRe: How Do I Break Out Of This Trans-generational Poverty? by Brazino(op): 3:12pm On Jun 27, 2025
VeryWickedMan:
People avoid poor people not because of their financial status but their attitude.

Poor people immediately hate you once you help them because they are angry at themselves for knowing they can never give such asset away freely.

Poor people also begin to draw parallels with their helpers/connectors once you let them into your circle. They begin to plot and gang up against you (their benefactor) to oust you. This very behaviour is why they were poor in the first place.

Very dangerous set of humans.

In summary, avoid poor people.
I guess you must be Rich to say all these here?
I would mind being friends with you sir.
Thanks

Poverty is the most scary thing anyone could ever imagine.
So scary.
Sometimes I feel unlucky and unfortunate.
FamilyHow Do I Break Out Of This Trans-generational Poverty? by Brazino(op):
One of the greatest enemies of mankind is Poverty. I mean financial Poverty!
When you're poor, you're limited. You're disadvantaged in almost everything pertaining to life. There are places you can't visit or live in. There are friends, maybe former schoolmates, who you can't hang out with. There are people you can't intentionally meet, except by accident or opportunity. This is my story. I'm from the poorest background. So poor that the poor even call us poor.
When you're poor, even your fellow poor people avoid you because they know you can't offer them anything. When you're poor, you can't have friends at all. When you're poor, you're impaired. Visually and perceptually impaired. Poverty places a huge limit on you. You may even be working hard and not be getting the desired results commensurating to your labor. Your smartness and intelligence can be frustrated by poverty.
My father couldn't even afford a Black and White TV before he died. My Mum has never had hundred thousand naira before. I have never seen hundred thousand in my account all my life, despite my hardworking nature. As you're trying to save, your family members are on you. They come up with scary needs that must be attended to urgently.
Nobody in my mum's place has even owned a car. Only one person from my father's place owned a car and he's even late now. If there's an urgent need for twenty thousand naira now, there's nobody in my family who can help with it. My grandmother still lives in a thatched house in the village. There is a viscious cycle of poverty altogether. How do I break out?
I believe that it is not the family you come from that matters much, it is the family you create from the one you come out of, that matters most. But Trust me, where you're coming from plays a pivotal role in where you're headed.
I speak from the place of pains and frustration. When you look up and look down and also look sideways, there just nobody of influence to beckon on. Sometimes I'm tempted to ask God why we lack the powers to choose and decide the family we come from.
I'm scared of life. I'm so scared that I'm always thinking about the next days meal and how to survive. I can have food today and still be worried about the next day because there's no hope for another one if this one finishes. I'm so affected that I now have anger issues. Poverty causes unnecessary Anger from Hunger and lack.
Where the disparity and inequitable distribution of wealth In this life? Some people are so rich and comfortable so much that they can afford ALL the luxuries of life. While others are living in abject poverty, so terrible that even food to eat and survive is a problem.
Oh God!

I lost my only elder sister when we couldn't afford to raise money for her appendicitis surgery and it got ruptured and Bursted. She died.

If you didn't get the message then forget it.

Can you tell for certain that someone is from a rich home by just looking at them?

Such people won't even comment under this topic so it's left for you and I
People with anger issues too can be traceable to a poor background
FamilyRe: How Do You Immediately Detect That Someone Is From A Poor Family? by Brazino(op): 2:20pm On Jun 27, 2025
Of course, I'm the OP. I won't lie, I'm from an extremely poor family.
My mum is alive, but my father died many years ago. I have never seen hundred thousand in my account before and my mum has never given me money too due to poverty.
My grandma still lives in a thatched house in the village.
We are so poor that nobody in my mother's family has ever bought a car. Only one from my father's family had a car. Just one person.
My father couldn't even afford a black and white TV before he died.
I've never seen such poverty and I'm trying so hard to break out but it's not easy. Its a transgenerational poverty and in a viscious cycle

Ladies are the most vulnerable here. They are susceptible to attacks, like they are always the Preys.
Let's be careful out there. Though death is inevitable, but I believe some deaths can be avoided by being careful and not carefree or nonchalant.
I believe this girl isn't up to 25, why should be sleeping over at a guy's place at this age?. Very wrong.

Why dragging with armed robbers when you know your life is at stake?

Wisdom is profitable to direct please!
May her soul rest in peace. Amen.

According to a Facebook user, Ogo Joseph who shared the news on his Facebook page, he wrote:

This is what happened With Faith, An Igede girl from Benue state, she died this Morning In Lagos.

The person that narrated the story in the video we all watched few minutes ago was wrong, Faith was not killed by her boyfriend, and they didn't remove her breasts and private part. Truly, she visited her boyfriend house last night, and while she was coming back very early in the morning today, in the process of crossing the road, she met some suspected armed robbers.

According to the guy who is currently in the mortuary now with other Igede people, those guys attempted to snatch her bag and phone. In the ensuing struggle, one of the boy stãbbed her in the neck with a knife, leading to her untimely demise, as she was bleed!ng through out without help she d!ed.

They confirmed the only injury found on her body was the knife wøund on her neck.
her body has been deposited in a mortuary, and plans are underway to return her remains to Igede for burial. May her soul rest in peace.

I'm telling you.
I was so so happy to see I was able to put a smile on someone's face with the littlest thing I could offer.
Nothing makes me happier than giving out. Whenever I have money, and I don't request for people's acc details to credit them, my conscience wouldn't be at peace with me. I just derive joy In doing this. If u don't like me, you won't receive or ask help from me, that's how I see life. I may be wrong though!

Lol.. I read the op post with a clean mind...
I read the comments with clean mind...
It's clear that many Nigerians are "Wicked and Stingy"..
We all buy okrika clothes worn by foreigners but you all are telling him not to give her his clothes.. why?? And on Sunday and Friday we will go to place of worship lol...
See, Brazino, wash it, package it and give to her.. It is what she said she wants/likes..
There's nothing bad in giving gifts..
The value of gift is not in the financial level but lies in how the receiver appreciates it..
She will be happy, she will remember you for that..
To you it is "used" clothes, but to her "one good guy gave me this"..
As for her husband, he won't know coz they sell it everywhere..
Thank you so much my sister.
I'm glad you were able to see my heart. God knows I have no sinister motive towards anybody especially a married woman whom I refer to as "Mummy". To me, "Na person wey like u go collect something from u". I've washed and packaged it, and also given to her yesterday. She was so appreciative of it
