I was denied an apartment at Trans-Ekulu in Enugu State because the landlord doesn't want Igbo people (I think he is Igbo).
He prefer yoruba

Awka could still do better.

You mentioned other geography place apart from south west, that shows you are from there.
And the last time, I checked South East is very developed infact Ebonyi State seems to be currently better than Enugu State

Almost all the tribes that (especially Ibos and Yorubas) enters here would be annoyed because insult on his or her tribe.
Consider empolying more mangers even if it on Volunteering. Here is already toxic.

Soludo should realize that all the other governors in South East are senior to him in terms of office, and state governance, so he cannot be dragging them to Awka. Again, Enugu is the Regional capital of the Southeast. Next time he wants to call a meeting, he should have that at the back of his mind.

I believe conference are expected to be hosted by different state and possibly it was Anambra's turn to host it.
It may have been host in Enugu and all state.

For those making it look as if he didn't have any right to any property, why did they adop him if they wouldn't give him equal rights.

And I believe they promised the law court to treat him as their child.

I think he has same rights to the property as the real children do but he shouldn't have locked or sized the property.
Your uncle should have shared his property before death or even write a will.
If your place believe more on tradition, then he should have informed the elders and children of their property before death.
It is advised that once you start having property no matter how little it is, you should will it because you don't know....
