Washington (CNN)The commander of U.S. Cyber Command warned Tuesday that it "would not be difficult" for ISIS to conduct cyberattacks on the U.S.
Adm. Michael Rogers, who oversees the military's cyberspace operations, told the Senate Armed Services Committee that ISIS had "harnessed the power of the information arena" to propagate its ideology, recruit, move money and coordinate activity."
But he added that what concerns him the most is what happens when ISIS "starts to view cyber as a weapon system" to attack critical infrastructure in the U.S.
While Rogers acknowledged that ISIS had yet to demonstrate the skills needed to conduct such attacks, he said that "it would not be difficult" to achieve that capability.
"It's not beyond their ability if they made that decision," he said.

Rogers referenced the December cyberattack on the Ukrainian power grid, which left hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians without electricity, as an example of the type of damage a cyberattack on critical infrastructure can cause.
He also expressed concern about traditional state actors like Russia and China, saying that unlike conventional military forces where the U.S. is dominant, "cyber is one area we have to acknowledge that we have peer competitors with every bit as much capacity and capability as we do."

For all your gigs, except maybe the top selling one, try and use higher quality images. For the translation gig for instance an image of the french and British or US flag won't be bad or even just a really captivating pic of a lady with some things written on it. Heres a png of a woman holding a tab, u can move to photoshop and add some write ups. These guys communicate with pictures with people or something really interesting. Tried uploading a pic, seems pngs arent compatible here. Go online and you'll get a good one.

And please try and write your descriptions like a top seller. Don't give anyone any reason to doubt if you can deliver. Just copy a top seller and reword their descriptions. Another method good for fiverr ranking is to copy their title WORD FOR WORD and you'll see what will happen.

i agree with you, but just like that guy said, some buyer can frustrate your like to the extent of making you think you are not good at what you know how to do best, i dont stress my self again, if i find out that you want to cause trouble, i will just cancel your order shikenah, i have cancelled $80, &100, $20 order, and i still get orders and my positive reviews

Yea i get you bro..I have also met too many people just willing to offer junk for the quick pay. There are very few Nigerians like the guys here who really take their fiverr business or any other business really seriously, while some like you said find it difficult to loose those dollars just like that.

I know of those crazy buyers who can never be pleased and i am quick to cancel once it's obvious even going lengths to please them is yielding nothing. There are even those that purposely want to get the service free or just take pleasure in seeing your business run down. Thank God fiverr CS is willing to remove negative reviews of such people, after canceling.

Hello Khassy, while i am glad you've made some good orders, i'd like to point some points about your profile. I can't see your full stops after the end of a line. Secondly your new gigs seem to have descriptions that are too short. It's like you don't really have the strength to really convince your visitors. Why not make it longer.

One of your gig had this

This gig include;

i. Not less than 500 words

ii. 100% plagiarism free content

rather than something like

This gig includes:

1. Articles of up to 500 words
2. 100% Copyscape contents
and so on

Remember keywords like article, writing, writer, content, Copyscape safe and so on matters. These little errors turn away buyers instantly. Except you use the buyer section often, organic buyers won't easily buy.

I discovered that most buyers that give me a lot of headache are Indians and Pakistanis. They make excessive demands for measly $5. One Indian man asked me to do keyword research and after doing it, he told me that the keywords are not targeted and I had to do the first revision, after doing that and delivered the files to him, he was still not satisfied abt it and requested for second revision. I did the second revision and redelivered it and am Still waiting for the buyer to respond. If he still not satisfied, I will simply cancel the other make e carry e wahala dey go. Indian buyers are not good buyers and that is why they remain poor. No other buyer has given me this kind of headache before. Most of my buyers are from US and Canada and they are the best buyers to do business with.

The problem is a lot of us do services where it is very likely to get modifications again and again or in some case don't even know much about that service. I know people who know nada about graphics design but jumped in and created designs that are an eye-sore and then start complaining of modifications and negative feedbacks. It's easy for us sellers to blame buyers but sometimes even we the sellers are at fault. I remember my Solo ads days back in 2012 when i use to use those email blasters and fake optin softwares. I actually believed they work but when the negative review was overwhelming, i had to really find out what was wrong and then discovered all of what i was using where fake and solo ads was not really a good niche for me. Bro there are bad, unsatisfiable buyers out there, i agree, but maybe there's something you weren't doing, but let's hope you've done it this time.

Open Mozilla, click on the menu sign that looks like a stack of horizontal lines at the top right of your browser, click add ons, click extension, search for zenamte at the search bar, download to your browser, install and restart browser. It will show a new zenmate sign at the same menu area. click it and switch to usa or whatever country available you wish.

To open more than one account on the same pc. use private mode to log in n out. To remain on different accounts at the same time, you can log in with normal mode on one and private mode on another, same with chrome..incognito browsing is the name for private mode here. Been doing this for 4 years.
