lol..I used d Chinese site but I downloaded using uc browser...when using other browsers you'll get annoyed..sha there are two uc browsers I think the name of that one is surf it or so

I upgraded from kitkat straight to lolipop version 0813 and my phone was hard bricked.

I suggest you guys should download the 0730 version and do OTA update later to 0813.

I am going to carl care today, my hot note pro is totally dead, usb not recognised again on my PC and laptop and its not chraging since yesterday.

I have both of them downloaded haven't flashed any...but has the update been pushed via OTA on d 0730 version??

They are the same thing... since they'll both give same result. I guess the upgrade from 730 is mainly for those of us that tested it. If you are coming up from kitkat, go straight to the 814 upgrade.

If you want lollipop and you are rooted and on kitkat, get the 730 lollipop update and flash with sp flash tools making sure you click "firmware upgrade". After this you can do OTA update to 813 official lollipop. Nothing will go wrong. Plus the upgrade from a rooted kitkat will totally erase all the system and after ward you are back on stock recovery with lollipop. like I said, I did it. And the official 813 OTA UPDATE is stable and not filled with bugs.

so you mean flashing via d 730 lollipop update is better than flashing from the KitKat?

the only thing you can try is checking if another hot note connects to it if it doesn't then your driver did not install... Or you go to search on ur PC type "add device or so check if your device is there"

The bug for now is the network. It keep on offing by itself

when is that likely to happen?and hope we won't get d problem of if u are rooted even after unroofing you phone will still get bricked

Its not coming up at all... Unlike other laptop. If i use another laptop, it just connects with the phone automatically. If i use another phone on my laptop, it connects too. But my phone n laptop cant

it will brick your phone life!! Find your recovery stock. Flash it back, otherwise if you update via OTA IT WILL BRICK IT LIKE SERIOUS EVEN IF YOU UNROOT IT

I only rooted my phone so all I need to do is to flash d ROM with s rock recovery huh

I don't see any reason to buy the hot note pro...this has a good battery,camera and u have played all the HD games I want and not even one lagged

The upgrade came 3 times yesterday night, there was a warning to the rooted folks, the 3 upgrade I did was very successful, notice the notification bar changed.. Waiting for 5.0 update

I think our light was low and I connected it directly to the socket...but when I connected it to an extension it was extra fast
