Call me childish or whatever but I don’t keep friends or contact with any of my ex regardless of how the relationship ended.
Immediately the relationship ends I block and delete everything that reminds me of them, contact , pictures e.t.c Currently I don’t have any of my exes contact on my phone, early this year I had to change my number so I cut ties totally with all of them.

I don’t see them as my enemies or anything of sort, as a matter of fact I wish them well but it’s from a distance, I can’t imagine being just friends with someone I once loved unless the feelings wasn’t genuine.

Friendship with my ex some of the best relationships I have kept. The past is a part I remember for the good memories and also for paths not to take. If your reasons for dating and choice of persons you dated was pure, you will not start blocking them.

It's ironic how we perceive these oppressors as helping us when they open their borders with enticing visa schemes. They cleverly use us to develop their countries, and once they've achieved their goals, they tighten the restrictions on us with stricter visa requirements. You captured the core of this issue so aptly. The entry requirement into most of these countries are designed to admit only the best. Depending on your migration route, you may never be able to remit any reasonable money to Nigeria in the first 2-3years. Meanwhile you’re there rendering essential services. The truth is that in an equitable world, most of these countries should be paying for migrations. I have a strong feeling that Nigeria graduates more doctors yearly than the UK or Canada does and most of these so called “half-baked doctors” find their way into these countries within three year. Yet no foreign universities have campuses in Nigeria. The countries that have low entry barriers are equally struggling economies like ours.
