yMcy56: * I think DEAPCAP is for the patient ones. * I've posted about it here a long time ago, maybe last year when the issue of Debt-to-Equity issue came up @1.69k per share. * The management is still on it and the resolution passed already but we know how SEC used to drag and delay these things for long. * You can keep eye on it to know when this will be approved and they'll be coming to market since you're not a long termer.

At time we also need to understand the long term implications of our actions. A quickie may not hurt at that moment but trust me, satan will use that act to make you and her to start committing fornication and afultery and other sins. Satan will torment your life with the knowledge of the evil you’ve done to a marriage as well as the lady. He will use this singular event to keep you hooked to immorality. It’s too much a burden to carry. Set your taught straight and don’t give in. I pray God purges your mind of the taught and imagine of what just happened. |

megawealth01: US, UK Patients Now Seek Medical Care In Nigeria - Minister Of Health, Pate
https://www.vanguardngr.com/2025/02/us-uk-patients-now-seek-medical-care-in-nigeria-fg/
Will this news push pharma stocks? It’s been happening quietly for sometime and it will get more pronounced. The process of accessing healthcare and getting well in most of these places is too slow. if the patient is stable, it not an emergency so you wait endlessly. If Nigeria was more strategic and will leverage on her strength, it would have been an attractive destination for medical tourism. If you have been at the hospital some of these countries, you go just know say na wash, na just big buildings with plenty equipments and human beings as nurses. To your question, I don’t see this impacting on the pharmaceutical companies financially in the short term though. Everybody Dey fear our drugs and the Indian variant ma get him own wahala. |

megawealth01: In 2006-2008 I got so wealthy in this market that I was a major player in it but lost all (PAPER VALUE) during the CRASH.
But Jesus came through for me in 2020. During the COVID I sorted for cash from several quarters and INVESTED in many stocks/other markets both in Nigeria and foreign markets. I took very big risks against experts' advice because their advise made me lose fortune in 2008 although we call it school fees. MCY is aware of some of my challenges in 2020 because that was when we CONNECTED. Such a beautiful soul 💕
But today I sit as CEO of established FIRMS which is known by many especially in the nation where I reside. I just wish Nigerian Government can show some love for Nigeria towards those of us abroad so we can honestly INVEST in this land. They are frustrating real efforts. Corruption is not helping this nation especially amongst the civil service...
I hope to write MORE about my part to MEGAWEALTH someday... Many won't understand why I changed moniker to THE MEGAWEALTH01
Let this encourage someone today... Congratulations bro, higher, higher! Hope you diversify sha. I see the business model of Elon Musk…. It should be an inspiration to everyone. |

Omooloriredade: Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!
You guys may have misinterpreted my posts completely. I'm shocked with your responses.
I grew up a lone guy among so many women - mother, sisters, cousins, aunties - all women. It was common for them to blame hormonal changes when they misbehaved. They used it to get away with so many things. As a man, you are meant to have this understanding and not over-react when a woman snaps "occasionally".
Used in like manner in my response. She is not known to react that way or use such language here in NSEMPA. It's clear it was out of character for her to respond to Mike that way not to talk less of including everyone that liked his post.
Did you notice the reference to Hormones was posed as a question? A rhetoric one she obviously wouldn't answer but that she can relate with as her body undergo these changes regularly. That first line was to let her know I understand why she could have reacted that way and offer her a solution to take a break. I am keen to understand how it's perceived by you guys. As I have explained earlier, I have an understanding of these things and the women in my life (including acquintances) make mention of these changes when it influences their behaviour. Also, my Lagos reference was to make her understand the gravity of her actions while still not being too direct.
Sincerely, I would like to ask the women in here. Did anyone of you feel disrespected by that question? I noticed it the men that have quoted me so far? Mercy, did you find it condescending? Well that could have been a poor attempt at de-escalating an issue while still passing a message to her. I'd appreciate a women's perspective on this. Maybe I'm missing something and if I am, please accept my unreserved apology o. Na your mouth been wan put you for trouble. There isn’t an explanation that will rationalize your earlier comment. I also share her sentiment about the market yesterday. If your comment was made in response to what she said to @mikeapollo, I wouldn’t have called you out. Anyways, you done explain and apologize, no need for more talk. I like the sanity and maturity on this thread as compared to other sections on nairaland and wouldn’t want to trade it for anything else. |
