PoliticsRe: “he Did It Deliberately”: Donald Duke Accuses Atiku Of Sabotaging Opposition To by brodalikeme(m): 8:43am On Apr 23
Thank you for speaking out the real issue bedeviling the opposition and by extension the political space in Nigerian.

His quest to be on the ballot by all means is polluting the polity and arming the government of the day.

Go to the street and ask who their preferred candidate for the general elections is. Atiku isn't a top contender. His best days are behind him. He isn't in the mound of Buhari or Tinubu that seemingly hasd a destined seat in Aso rock. He and Wike are the same specie. Make them power brokers while they do dirty jobs Atiku represent something Nigerians want to forget. He is not the one to lead a coalition into the general election. If Atiku gives up his inordinate ambitions today, the political climate will shift inspiring hope for the Nigerian masses.

I must commend your mentorial spirit and guidance for the younger generation!

How old is he?
He can get a degree in radiology. Go ahead to do Medicine and specialize in the numerous field of radiology.

Don't think about the time being long at all. If he is 19years now at 30-31 years he would have finished both degrees n Radiology and medicine even with ASUU strike. With direct entry, it will be shorter sef. Even in some western world, you don't go straight into medicine just like that. You must have a background degrees in one of the medical sciences.

I sent 2k to a girl yesterday for transport since then she never pick my call. We agreed that she will visit me for coitus but i will have to send transport first, I sent and she never pick my calls.
Dont women have sexual urges?
I dont care about the 2k what suprises me is how she had been loyal on phone call before I sent the 2k grin
She sent that message to several of you, some even gave her more than the 2k you sent. She has used part of that money to go and visit one bad guy. She even used part of the collection to buy roasted fish for them to enjoy.

Don't bother calling her because she is busy and your call is disturbing her. She will call you when she finish.

PS: Respect yourself! DON'T try to shout on her Ooh. That is when they will answer that biology question of "draw a well labeled diagram of an idiot" on top of your head

It's a case of you don't know what you've got until you loose it.
FamilyBad Wife, Great Widow! by brodalikeme(op):
This is not another write-up or argument aimed at suppressing and elevating one gender above another. It is a call for deep thinking, self-reflection, and soberness that hopefully will bring about change and mutual understanding in families.

I have noticed with great sadness how some women who have treated their husbands in very unreasonable ways that have demeaned them, emasculated them, nagged at them, and probably led them to terminal illness or drove them to their early grave flipped and become widows indeed full of virtue. Celebrating their late husbands as celestial beings that lived on earth as saints. This switch is so drastic, surreal that some people that were closest to the marriage will wonder at what is happening. Some people will say the widow is probably projecting an image to attract empathy, but in most cases it's genuine, born out of brokenness.

Two cases in particular have stayed with me. A widow of my cousin that nagged at him always; this guy never did anything right in the eyes of his wife. Back then, she described him as the worst mistake of her life. She now considers him a saint that has now translated into a celestial being with wings. She posts on Facebook, living the hobbies of the late husband, and sharing pictures of her teaching the children to be just like him; hmmmm. Another older woman who had complained of lack of care and not being spoiled by the husband is now telling anyone that cares to listen that they should take all the money, possessions, and bring back the husband; she is constantly sad and wishes daily to join her husband where he has gone to.

I find all of these puzzling and wonder why these couples were not able to manage their relationships with understanding and carry on creating memories that will leave them with memories that are truly blessed and a sense of satisfaction and not regrets. Marriage should bring peace, create happiness, and be a pathway toward the fulfillment of your life's goals.

Husbands, whatever you do, please stay alive, and wives, show some understanding in your marriages. The regret and loneliness should never be experienced firsthand.

Shallow-minded and ignorant people in Nigeria will think the fight between Iran vs Israel/USA is a fight between Christians and Muslims.

To put things in context, Israel has a population of about 10.2 million people. Of this population, only 7.7 million are Jews, the rest are Arabs and other nationals. Statistics show that there are approximately 3 million Christians of Iranian descent. That is roughly about half the population of Jews in Israel.

Now let's use the Christian/Muslim lens to view the two countries, as some of my Nigerian brothers will do. The Israeli Muslim population is about 18%, which is roughly around 1.8 million. Secondly, not all Israelis are Christians. There are other forms of religion being practiced in that country. If you do a proper image contrast, you may even discover that there are more Christians in Iran than in Israel.

Get your facts right and use your brains for what it's exactly meant for: thinking!

I find it absolutely heart breaking when very important issues are being discussed and it draws the attention of daft and shallow minded people jump into the ring to showcase their stupidity.
Let's us continue suffering and smelling making excuse for charlatans who don't even know our names or have any interest in out well being
When Boko Haram started killing Christian's and non northern Nigerian indigenes, some group of people were happy thinking the are sacred, majority of the northern can't go home freely, their woman and teenage daughters are been raped with their consent. How about the south east which used to be the commercial hub of the country, business decisions are no longer straight. Economic decisions are now been c-rayed under the lens of security. The south west has become a breeding ground where tyrant exact maximum control over state resources.
I will never see the Mascot as a patriot, rather one of them bold enough to stir the waters so that he can get his share of the loot and a front roll seat at the sharing table. You can only imagine how much his share is in that N1.15tillion in contracts.

The country is barely surviving, hanging on a thread of resilient entrepreneurs.

For you ethnic bigots, what's your stake in this?

Hmm , isreal know what they want and how to get it. Well most of you on nairaland don'tIt know the history behind the country called Israel..

They exactly know what they want to achieve. When isreal said khameni was dead, I didn't doubt them With Iran denying it .

Iran is their major threat at the Gulf region, they have gotten the time with a president like Trump that won't come back after this tenure to decimate Iran with his support.they grabbed with both hands . Any other country that will want to attack Israel tomorrow, when u remember what they have done in the past u will calm down and become a friend like Saudi, Egypt, water, uae,,Kuwait etc
They is CERTAINLY :something divine about the nation of Israel whether you choose to believe it or not. Funny things is the time it took them to take out the perceived bigger enemy in Lebanon and Iran. They spent more time fighting Hamas than the hours it took to cut the heads of the serpents.

RomanceRe: "Zimbabwean Women Have Taken All Our Men In The UK" - Nigerian Lady Laments by brodalikeme(m): 8:37am On Feb 25
The level of misbehavior of Nigerian women to their husbands is horrible. Almost every man out there is managing their wives. Sad thing is that they gave up so much to come to the UK hence, they are mindful of decisions that will rock the boat.
Sadly infidelity isn't something I encourage but you will weep for men when they tell you their stories.

Most Nigerian men in the UK are almost like glorified house help. They isn't anything you do for the unreasonable Nigerian wife that is enough. The more you do, the more they demand from you.

FamilyRe: A slap and my marriage ended ... What Should I Do? by brodalikeme(m): 12:35pm On Feb 14
TheDepressed:
I agree with your post.
I'm of the motion that if her mother did not want the marriage in life, why would she want it in death.
I was not the best of SIL because of my inability to financially shower them but trust me I had my good days before the union. They treated me like a king, it'll surprise you I had my first child with my wife ( then gf) and didn't know her father ( ie my FIL) until my daughter was 3 ( not that the father was absent from Nigeria oh, infact we drove past their father's house severally and we would see him sitting outside but I never met him until I proposed).

My MiL was literally begging me to put money on her daughter's head, that's when I finally went to see the FiL.

My point is so not think too much of how they perceived me, it's glaring for everyone to see.
In my opinion I'm seen as a boyfriend still not a husband even tho I paid full trade rights and modern marriage. So all of this is kind of easy for them to move on so fastly
I understand you bro. But how do you see yourself? Act the way you see yourself. That is the closest circumstance within your control. Your explanation is giving more credence to the fact that you played into their hands. Imagine if you had gone behind their back to honour the father like a son in law should when his daughter gave birth for you. He would have been your strongest ally now. Instead you were driving past his house in despise. See the same way you treated the man is how you're been treated now.
People will open up and vulnerable to sensible and responsible individuals They will be confess and admit their wrong doing without you pushing for it.
You've not heard everything yet. Get your head straight act with maturity. Remember you have kids with this family The relationship is an irreversible one.
FamilyRe: A slap and my marriage ended ... What Should I Do? by brodalikeme(m):
You ma no try for plenty places.
1. You went too far with the slap thing. I know women can evoke the demons out of you but sine you know that you should keep your anger u de check.
2. Your wrong approach has been playing into their hands. When you are from a broken home, you don't follow order again. When your wife asked you to get people to fight for her abi, beg her mother, you should have obliged immediately and not be over analyzing thing.
3. You allowed the issue to linger for too long, the longer she was out of your house and exposed, the limited polluted she had become with evil counsel.
NB: The death of her mother has added another layer of complication to the issues. She will feel she needs to continue the fight her mother was fighting. Abandoning it may feel like betrayal. Grief manifest in different ways. She might feel men are not worth the stress. Remember is from a broken home.
4. Now that her mum is dead, you should have been the bigger man and sheath the sword, that is not even the time to be discussing the future of the marriage. By the good son in law and let the woman be buried then other things can come later.
4. Your response to your father in-law mostly after your mother-law's death were mostly wrong.

Seem you don't have good adviser sha.

The way misunderstandings are handled in our part of the world is such that if you don't manage it properly, people will forget the real reason for the misunderstanding and focus on the way issues were managed.
You've armed them with lots of ammunition against yourself. Drop pride and retrace your steps.
EducationRe: Should I Travel To UK For Msc Or Start A Business In Nigeria? by brodalikeme(m): 1:01am On Feb 10
GorillaApp:
Very practical and honest advice. Kudos.
What of someone going with a spouse and no kids for now?
Traveling to the UK with just a spouse and no kids like every other things has its positives and negatives.

Advantages.
1. Both of you can work with one person working full time when school is in session. Hence the burden of bills can easily be shared.
2. Child care is a big issues here, so you will avoid that wahala until you both decide to have kids.
3. Cost of living will be minimal because you are not getting a big house. Just a single bedroom apartment. You guys can save.

Disadvantages.
1. Some jobs will not sponsor the other spouse for visa renewal if they don't have kids. Both couples will be required to get two separate sponsors and that might be difficult.
2. If the man is the one schooling and the wife working full time and earning more. It might get into her head and she will start misbehaving. There will be no peace or harmony at home and that becomes a big problem. Only a very FEW GOOD woman escape this temptation. As a man you should know your spouse and be several steps ahead of her.

Note.

1. You must learn how to drive before you come here. Car is a very big necessity especially outside London.
2. You need to get into a community that is supportive immediately you enter the country. Find a good church and become dedicated. It will pay you one day.
3. Take advice from honest people that will want to guide you to succeed not some fake people.

Look towards the Scandinavian countries (Norway, Finland , Austria, Sweden etc) if you can do Australia or New Zealand perfect, na there even oyibo dey japa go.
It try look for other route aside school route. Ifs best if you come into a foreign country and start earning immediately. And most likely you visa duration is longer so you don't have to worry about applying for a new visa after a year or two.

EducationRe: Should I Travel To UK For Msc Or Start A Business In Nigeria? by brodalikeme(m): 11:35am On Feb 09
Make I add my mouth for this matter.
Me na there I dey. To say it in simple words, I no go advice you make you come.
The hustle here no be for the faint hearted. You will need to earn everything you get here. No Favour's, no anticipate any. People wey you bin dey look up to for here go fail and betray you. You will start from the scratch Work no too dey like that even the menial ones go do you guy (cleaning Oo, factory or even care work) etc.
Coming as a student without full tuition and up keep na big challenge, almost a No No. make I calculate your earnings for you. As a student you get only 20 hours to work in a week when school dey on. That brings your total earnings to 20 X 4 X £12.21 = £976.8. Government go share small with you because you just come. Rent go take about £400 depending on city. If na only you maybe your bills go dey like £150/month. You will most likely to be left with about £350-£400 per month. When you go fit gather am pay your remaining tuition. Ming you the school go dey write you love letter everytime like babe say dem still dey. Na Naija you go still run back to for bail out.
People say travel because of family, that na dey biggest deception and reason to travel. You family is what you will loose first if you come here. Your wife go grow horns and your children no go dey hear you again. E go do you like film.
If you come manage finish school, immigration settle matter go start, you will need a company to sponsor your stay. If not you will need post study visa which go give you only 18month at about £2600 if na only you. Na that high jump you go dey till you go begin reason your life......
inside all this one, cold go dey mama your body, better food to see chop na problem.

If you must come reason am well. No be only school be the way. Other was dey but my brother na scammers full that road. That pesin wey dey talk like say him be better pesin go chop you now now. Dey suffer don change plenty good people.

If you get better business for Naija, focus and grind am to success. The energy you need to make your business in Naija work is small compared to what require to survive here!

Las las you go dey alright.

I have maintained this sentiment jointly shared by a number of people as well.

Atiku remain the biggest singular threat to the opposition political parties and by extension democracy in Nigeria. People don't actually want him. His presence and ambition keeps disrupting the political scenery.
The moment he shelve his ambition now, the apathy you are currently seeing will evaporate.
