Good morning everyone, please I want to know if I will be asked for proof of address when applying for my husband's dependent visa. I have been in the UK for five months under the healthcare visa but I live in a different city from where my employer is. Should I use the address I used during my application which is my employer's address for him? Please help me if you have done this before. |

Thank you quote author=MrSoftlife post=127054510] Joint account, tenancy agreements, utility bills, children's birth certificates, evidence of communication (WhatsApp or social media Messages), and pictures of them together anywhere could be helpful. Shalom!
|
Thank you. quote author=Uzland post=127056270] If your work requires it, your employer will request it and tell you the specific DBS level needed. Most employers apply for it on behalf of the candidate, while you furnish them with your documents such as your ID, proof of address, police character certificate etc.
|
Good day everyone. Please help. Aside marriage certificate, wedding pictures, pictures with children, wedding invitation card, what else can one use as proof of relationship for a couple who has been married for 14years and one of the partner is already in the UK for five months. |
Thank you Should the proof of fund be in my husband's account? Yes you need to show proof of fund if your COS is expired. You can check the date on the COS originally issued to you[/quo |

Good day everyone. Please I would like to get clarification on this. I have been in the UK for 5months now as the main applicant on a healthcare visa. I want to apply for my husband and children to join me in the UK. My questions are as follows; 1. Do I need to show proof of fund if maintenance was ticked for me in my COS? Bear in mind that I didn't provide POF when I did my application and I have been in the UK for five months. 2. If they will need POF will it be appropriate to use my husband's bank statement? Your input will be highly appreciated. Thank you. |

I am currently in the UK on a tier2 visa. I want my husband and children to join me. My question is, who should do the application? Myself or my husband? Whose bank statement should be used as proof of maintenance? Thank you all. |
