Very simply put: That the Nigerian system doesn't exactly allow her citizens to explore their dreams. In fact, she doesn't allow them dream anyways, reality hits them straight up in the face before they hit the ground

My dear that pain is generally felt.
I think the educational system of Nigeria has failed in impacting the relevant survival skills on our youth .

No one cares about work in progress all they need is a finished product.

Lol..I like looking at things from a positive angle. So BP could mean (best pal, beloved paddy, ....)

Yeah I got connected with great personalities , also got motivated on the new career path I set my eyes on.

What I took from the conference is Recruiters look for 3 basic things in candidates: Attitude, Core Competency and Motivation.

While on a personal note, its never late to start improving my core skills. Dedication and discipline will keep me focused and resilience will keep me going.

In summary, invest in yourself and get it done.

and lots more with a nice laptop can get me on track and I wouldn't need any job.

One of the reasons I need a job badly is to raise substantial capital for my business.

Times without number I see post on social media on how the society favours the males more than the females.
I am yet to see what aspect this favouritism plays when common getting a good job is so hard on the males.

If you doubt me try creating a post saying you're a female and in a state of distress due yo unemployment and watch the response flying in.

If you ask me I did say career opportunities favor females more than males.

An obvious fact, we have more female population than male but more unemployed males.
