am facing similar issue too.according to d text msg i got, dat OAGF introduce a new template for payment of corpers allowance and the template doesnt allow multiple payment.....still waiting on my last month allowee

I heard they paid some of you double or triple allowance and they’ve been begging them to return the excess money but dem no gree. Tell your colleagues that were paid in excess to return the extra money because that’s supposed to be the allowance of those that haven’t been paid at all. Where do you expect FG to pluck money from after they’ve rightfully allocated money to every Corp member that has passed out?

No. I am convinced that Harry genuinely likes her. If she acts like her Suits character when she's with him, he had no choice but to fall in love. However, I don't think he grasps the magnitude of the sacrifice he is asking the talented actress to make and how difficult it would be for her. I think she is more conflicted about her choice than she lets on. After a few years of playing the role of princess, she will move on to the next gig.

Position: Call Centre Agent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The main functions include but are not limited to:
• Answering calls and responding to emails
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Make outbound calls, receive inbound calls
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
Qualification/requirements:
• Ability to work on the phone for extended periods of time
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
• Proficiency in Hausa language is required
• Ability to manage detailed information and handle Stress
• Excellent computer skills with an ability to type 30/40 wpm
• Ability to control call and politely keep potential client focused
• Good listening skills
• Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills; both written and oral

Minimum qualification: BA, B.Ed, BSc, HND, and other relevant qualifications.
Experience & Training
• 0 – 2 years’ work experience
• Previous experience in a Call Centre is a requirement
