I think the writer is on point but you know that there are no "umbrella conclusions " in some areas. One thing sure is that the environment we are ,affects us to a large extent . An environment that encourages creativity will produce more great minds than one which hinders it and allows only for a few to struggle out of it's shackles .

This is one of the best articles I have read on this site. I think the writer is on point. Creativity cannot thive in the wrong environment and as a nation we have hindered the genius in many. Purposeful and true leadership creates an environment that inspires and drives CREATIVITY which is the BEDROCK of CIVILISATION and of course DEVELOPMENT.
