these days, phones are crazy expensive and not really worth it, i remember moving from redmi 8 to 10pro to 12pro plus and i made camera my focus and it seemed like it was actually getting worse, my best shots were from redmi8 gcam lol. Now i am looking to upgrade and find it hard splashing 600k and above on a phone thats not significantly better. If older models were getting updates, i will just keep buying them. Please suggest a xiaomi phone that has a better camera than the 12pro plus and not insanely expensive.

The Redmi Note line in particular peaked with the Redmi Note 10 pro. It was like the most complete mid-range phone at the time, all the incremental upgrade all the previous years came in full force, Amoled 120Hz HDR 10 Display, Fast 33W Charging, Hi-Res Audio, and a fairly good snapdragon processor, it was just a perfect mid range device. Since then, SoC became expensive, all the features on the Redmi Note 10 pro wasn't new anymore, and OEM couldn't really push past that in later releases, without significantly increasing the price bracket, so they have just been doing small upgrade here and there to justify not scrapping the line entirely....I mean the Redmi 12, 13, and 14 line up are basically same, and with the 15 line up on the horizon, and the marketing tag been that "it's tough", it is probably still going to be the same.

Worse, still, SoC manufacturers are focusing their attention on the AI market, meaning good chips would be reserved for only flagship and high end phones. Kudos to Xiaomi and Samsung still make "flagship killers" like the Poco X7 and A56...these are the only tier of phones now, you can get decent enough specs, without spending flagship money.

I actually prefer wired earphones still...Higher Fidelity sound, zero latency, stronger connection, you can find these qualities in some Bluetooth earbuds, but at almost triple, if not more, than the cost you'd use to get a wired headphones of similar quality.

True Audiophiles know wired earphones are the real deal. Apple started this gimmick of removing the earphone jack in the iPhone 7, primarily to market the Airpods, and other OEMS just ran with it..They also introduced the no charger in the box gimmick, talking about saving the planet and all that rubbish, why the price of the phone keeps increasing 😩. Glad not all OEM foolishly followed this silliness, because imagine buying, say a Samsung device, with no charger in the box, and knowing how fast charging is a propetiery tech, they actually expect me to have a 45 watts charger lying somewhere that conforms to there fast charging tech? 😩😩

You'd think Speedaf acquiring the services of more last leg delivery agents would make them more efficient, instead it has led to blatant incompetence.

I tracked my package to my state's main DC, since Friday and it hasn't moved since then, and i knew something was off, went to the main DC today, only to be told, the last leg delivery agent, had picked up the package but refused to scan and update the tracking, called said last leg delivery, and this mf actually has my package and it's like 10 mins from my place...smh 😏

It took a awhile, but it seems Speedaf has sank to the level of NIPOST 😩😩. Just go through thier socials, it is littered with complaints, probably the TEMU coming into the game, has overwhelmed them because i don't just understand....circa 2021 downwards, their services was so top notch, so i am here left wondering what happened...i thought them Chinese was thier management team?

I wanted to purchase a phone pouch and the actual price was a little above 2k but the shipping fee was above 8k and it's not even priority shipping lol, like make it make sense.

Now i know, AE gave the explanation sometime ago, that they wanted to reduce their environmental impact on shipping hence the move, and if you hit a certain amount and the shipping becomes free, so am just calling their BS and saying the move is totally profit motivated and not some green initiative hullabaloo.

So i Just need a phone pouch, but i should spend well above on other items i don't need, in other to get reduced shipping rates? it's plain insane. I am not even saying give me free shipping, but at least, let it be reasonably priced.

The nonsense has gone on for too long, the beauty and dynamics of shopping on AE back then, was the relative ease of getting stuffs, but right now is just hellish. After jumping through the hoops of high exchange rate ( which is not fault of theirs by the way), i still have to pay exorbitant shipping fee on feather weight items?. Citadel Diana episode 1 and 2 is a solid 8.5/10 so far.

Just 2 episodes in, i am already entertained.
This spinoff is much better than the original citadel.
This one is more focused on plot, character development and storyline.
The technological tools and advancement being used in this series are mind blowing.
It reminds me of 007 James bond franchise.

I like that the series is indirectly telling us not to trust government agencies, the more you look, the less you see.
They create chaos and wars and then sell the weapons they create for the same wars they started.

Anyways, i will download and bingewatch episode 3 to 6 ASAP.

GOT and HOTD are the most confusing shows I've ever seen.

I watched GOT up to S4 and still couldn't get familiar with some of the characters. Everything was just so confusing.

If GOT and HOTD are confusing for you, then you probably don't see a lot of shows, because they couldn't be more straightforward. If you now see Westworld nko?

I have the opinion that you enjoy series the more when you binge watch the series.

Since i am through with the entire season of Hanna season 1.
I am now binge watching the season 2 and at the same time binge watching a newly complete series called my lady Jane and i have discovered that, the absolute satisfaction i have experienced is just unbelievable.
More than waiting for each episodes to drop every week.

While it helps show networks in terms of trends and more views in dropping each episodes of series every one week, it is however less satisfactory to people that watches the shows.
The best way to totally enjoy a show to maximum satisfaction is when you binge watch the show and this is why i respect Netflix a lot.

Binge watching might be good for a section of the viewers, but bad for the network overall. Episodic releases weekly, help in keeping buzz and fizz, especially for a very good show, sustained suspense for weeks keeps it fresh for longer. Many series are out every week, and it's easy to forget the one you just watched in one go.

And if you are an award oriented network, you'll will favor episodic releases, no surprises that HBO uses this method, and just look at their catalogue of awards compared to other networks.

She didnt deceive him in the sense that she knew her interpretation of what she saw in the flames were wrong and acted as if she was right. She was just wrong on her summation of what she saw and didnt realize. Same can be said about The Egg (Aegon V Targaryen) who saw the vision of Dany with everything burning around her and the birth of her dragons and thought the vision was about him and he ended up burning himself and his family.

Yup, mis interpreted would be the right word, as she saw signs but just mis read them.

But i totally hate how, The prince that was promised was such a huge concept in the books, and in the GOT series, it was just like a flinging afterthought ultimately leading to them leaving the true identity of The Prince that was promised in great ambiguity in the hand. TPTWP is supposed to lead the world from darkness, and at every stages of the show the most obvious candidates would have been Jon Snow and Danys, both from Aegon's bloodline, but in literal terms, I don't think any of them did lead the world from darkness, even though the Night King was an invention of the show, it was the most obvious darkness throughout the show, and he was killed by Arya, and it was infact Danys dragons that helped in bridging the wall for the white walkers. Jon snow or Danys would have been perfect with better writing, as their story is literally the Song of Fire and Ice.

After the show caught up with the books around season 5, they were kind of winging it from there, and ended up with a rather ambiguous ending. Mad over that S8 again.

I just remember now, how Melisandre also deceived Stannis Baratheon, as the prince that was promised and bro willingly killed his daughter cuz of it 🤣🤣

The latest HOTD episode might seem slow paced or even uninteresting, but imo it is like one of the most important episodes so far in the entire show, that has ramifications not just for HOTD but for GOT as well.

King Viserys I on his deathbed, high and delirious from the milk of the poppy, repeats, Aegon the conqueror's dream of A song of Fire and Ice to Alicent (and in the delirium, thinking he was speaking to Rhaenyra), talking about the Prince that was promised, and this dumb broad Alicent, thought Viserys was speaking about her useless son, also named "Aegon", because for some weird reason dem Targaryen, seemingly have a pool of 10 names to pick from, and they are cool with repeating names and causing confusion , and that's what started this bloody war in the first place.

I can't even blame Alicent too much, as i think she had already accepted Rhaenyra as her queen before Viserys spewed that nonsense to her. If only Viserys had just said "The princess that was promised", probably things would've been more clearer, but Alicent heard Prince and Aegon and she put 2 and 2 together to make 4 😭.

And what was that prophecy about Daemon all about? 👀.

I don't like elongated series, I like concluded storylines.

The problem is that you are looking for a deeper than life philosophical meaning in the show, where every nitty gritty will be explained to you in white and black. It is metaphorical take on sacrifice and consequences, and these theme were treated squarely.

The storylines of both Amanda and Leighton were unconcluded. One of the Leighton's followed them but we never saw what happened to him or the various "clones" he probably made along the way.

A version of Amanda was shown to be distraught with her personal life, and her plotline concluded with her finding a world, where she found happiness with a family. A version of Leighton was shown to be an adventurous spirit, wanting to explore and live life, this version, was given a conclusion in the end, where he was able to explore and travel between verses undisturbed.

And why are there no clones of Jason 2 since he made different choices in the box too?

The author commented on this, he created the box, so he knew how to avoid the quirks and travel better.

And Daniela and Charlie just agreed to leave the entire universe just like that? That's so unrealistic. No one just decides to leave a universe for the unknoen. They have attachments...
They left cos more and more Jasons would keep popping up, I know but it's far more realistic to leave to another state entirely...even with the confusion with the police of many Jasons popping out of nowhere and killing each other...

Them staying in a world with unknown number of Jasons and constantly looking over their shoulder would have been a better ending? It makes no sense. Them leaving, and trusting the instincts of Charlie to lead them to a better world seems a logical ending

Or maybe all these get handled better in season 2 if it gets renewed.

I think the show had a lot of good ideas but a very shaky execution of them. Most things in the show don't really make sense

I doubt it will get renewed since they exhausted the book, and personally I don't see the sense in it. They didn't even have enough story to stretch it to a standard 10 episodes, so i wonder what story season 2 is going to tell, that will drive the plot any better than it already is.

Those storyline you mentioned aren't important or doesn't drive the plot anywhere, if they discovered thier bodies, what will then happen? There will be an investigation? To what end? You seriously think this deserve a second season for this?

The plot that matters, is between the Jason, Jason2, Daniella and Charlie, maybe some other minor characters along the way and in the end, they all had a perfect end.

You don't understand. I watch gay shows too. The problem with it is its sudden-ness. They should have slowed its storyline down, give us an idea of his sexuality from the beginning but for 3 seasons no clue no actual backstory they just made it so sudden and the story just felt half baked

Potato Potato. For a show that thrives on spontaneous gag as it's core, absolutely nothing should surprise you.

Besides the point, the show has lost all sauce and i already feel this season is another season too much. They wrote Homelander so strong that they don't know how to off him now, This S4 and the final season will all be geared towards a way to kill him whilst serving any paltry, woke side plot they seem fit, so expect more.

Like i said, the show has done more despicable things in previous seasons and have constantly shown it has no business been ultra conservative, I mean Deep has a whole damn relationship with an octopus, he is not a major character too?.

I am just surprised seeing many posts expressing digust over it here. They just used this Frenchie thing to score Woke points for this season and if things like this greatly disturbs how you perceive the show, then you probably have to look away from most shows from here on, cuz most of them are trying to out woke each other before attempting to provide any morsel of entertainment that appeals to the conservative crowd, seems unfair, but it is what it is.

Glen Powell had one of the best acting i have seen in a while in the "Hitman"...very very solid acting, killed every character portrayal. The plot had some blurry lines but overall a very okay movie 👍🏿
