dearie: I don't think they even need the third victory to advance to the quarter finals having won their previous 2 matches. They're not advancing to "the quarter finals". Eight nations are participating in the championship, and so two winners from each of the two groups will move straight to the Semi-finals. |

Ayodeji1, congratulations on your new venture. Like igwe said, no title can fully capture your gifts as a human being. The sky is your beginning. I met you here first on Nairaland and doing business with you proved to me that there are still good, trustworthy Nigerians. The Pathfinder you delivered in April is doing just ok. I wish you all the best and expect you to continue in your humility and steadfastness. |
Let's not derail from the specifics: "The Effects of Naira Devaluation on Car Prices." Will be really nice if some of our forumites who go to Cotonou regularly or are in the know give us regular updates on the Naira to Cefa exchange rates so that intending car buyers may know and take appropriate actions. I understand, for instance, that Naira exchanged for 304 to 1000 Cefa on Monday this week, and only on Tuesday went up to 312 to 1000 and on Wednesday went down to 310 to 1000 Cefa only to go up again to 312 to 1000 today. A knowledge of these fluctuations may be of help to forumites who plan to buy cars. Let's keep these updates going on this thread, colleagues, as part of our contributions! Only a suggestion! |
Thanks Inspired-m my brother for your quick response! You remain one in a million! |

Inspired_m, the ODIONWERE of Nairaland Autos, thanks so much for checking my vin. May your shadow never grow less. May you tread this earth longer than your forefathers did. May whatever you touch turn to gold, and may anything you call by name answer. May you grow taller than the iroko tree. Did I hear you say 'Ise-ee!' ('Amen!') Yes, please do, because these are words from a son from the Kingdom of Benin, where the king is truly king! |
Inspired_M, the ODIONWERE of Nairaland (the title from Benin Kingdom I'm confering on you as the undisputed elder of Nairaland Autos, even though you have not honoured my two past requests for Vin checks on Nairaland!) pls., kindly, help me run this vin check as soon as possible: VIN 5N1AR18U45C714433. Apart from the info that this ride is a 2WD and the very useful VIN u supplied, u're yet to tell whether or not the car is in Naija. There're no interior pics. Are u sure the ride is available and u truly want to sell it? If ur answer is 'yes', then I hereby raise my former offer to 2.5m. Let me know when and where to come and inspect the ride so we seal the deal. U can reach this serious buyer on 08035601770 and 08056300790. The e-mail ad is asomwan@yahoo.com. Thanks. |
I'm ready to offer you 2.2 for this ride. Really, really serious buyer. Is the car already in Naija? |
Saujee, this is to thank you for helping me check my VIN. One love! |

In your car? Hey, guy, this is the auto section! Why not take ur advert to the phone section where it will be more relevant? Just an advice. |
Do kindly run this VIN check, pls. Thanks and God bless. 5TDZT38A91S051380. |
My brother Ayo, thanks for ur continued good work. Just want to get a few questions answered. 1) Could you explain the advantages as well as disadvantages of paying custom duties on cars from Cotonou? 2) Are all cars dutable? 3) If one's budget is low, would it be advisable to pay custom duty? 4) What special advantages do car dealers have when customers pay custom duty? I believe explicit answers to these questions will benefit many Nairalanders. Thanks! |
You don't appear ready to sell your car on this thread and on Nairaland for that matter. Post the whole VIN. A VIN is not a secret cult for a few members. Give all Nairalanders the opportunity to know whether or not you are serious about selling your car for a whooping 5 million by allowing them freely evaluate your product. If you're not ready to do this, take your good elsewhere! |
Inspired_m, my brother, pls help me run the following VIN Check: 5TDZT38A91S051380. God bless. |
