I'm ashamed to type this. I feel bad, uncaring and unworthy to own a dog. I traveled two days ago and dad traveled too. So I called a friend to help me take Smart to his place and watch over him just for One week. I took his bathe before traveling and we even jogged round the estate. This afternoon, my friend called me and said my beloved GSD has died!! I thought he was joking. I suspended what I was doing in Ibadan and rushed to Abeokuta. There, I saw my once troublesome dog still. I couldn't cry. My friend said he didn't know what killed him. I called in a Vet and he said smart died of shortage of blood. On a careful look at where he kept my dog, I found teaks. Teaks (eegbon) killed my dog!! The dog that despite his wahala, I made sure was clean. He never pooed in his house. Indeed, no one can care for your property like you.
Also, I've learned to take more care of animals in future. I loved him, maybe I didn't show him enough (which I doubt). Rest well King Smart! A good friend for 6 months. I'm sorry I caused your death!

UPDATE: Thanks for all the mails received in respect to my request for a volunteer / coordinator. Kindly note that 2 coordinators (dejt4u and Odunharry) have been selected and the opening is now closed. All other assistance in coordinating will be managed by the moderators.

I can totally relate to most comments here

I remember back then in school, I always sit close to d wall...
I never asked questions in class even if I av one dahs seriously bugging me (I usually resort to Google)

I'm very bad at starting conversations buh can keep it flowing... if someone makes me their friend, they easily like me...(only on d first day) because along d line I withdraw, not from d friendship buh to my "me" spot....they start thinking they've done something wrong, whereas I'm just being me

I don't talk much about myself to pple, I feel very insecure about unnecessary publicity about my private life, even if d audience is one person, it still feels like a publicity...

I rarely wear bright colours...my few friends are extroverts...all my siblings are extroverts...they hate my kindda music, and neither do I enjoy theirs

I stay indoors a lot(dahs a sure thing for an introvert)...living with roommates in sch wasn't easy... cos I av a room to my self, being d only female child in my house(mayb dahs wat made me introverted...I dunno)

I use irony a lot during conversations... dahs my kind of humour...buh seems it gets pple annoyed

One thing people fail to give to relationship is space, if one does not, the other feels like he or she is being choked, being deprived of freedom, then it becomes annoying owing to this unwanted pressure, he or she gets bored of it and gets gradually tired of it until he or she wants it no more. My advice to you is take a break, don't initiate anything again, chat or call, if she still wants you, you will see her call and if not, let go of her

Total Upstream Nigeria Limited (TUPNI), in pursuance of its Corporate Social Responsibility, is pleased to announce the commencement of 2016/2017 NNPC/TOTAL National Merit Scholarship application. The scholarship Selection Test conducted on Saturday December 3, 2016, at eleven (11) Centers across the Country.

Annually, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and Total Upstream Companies in Nigeria (TUCN): Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited (Total E&P Nig Ltd) and Total Upstream Nigeria Limited (TUPNI), together with their venture partners, award scholarships to deserving Nigerian students in the tertiary institutions in the country.

ELIGIBILITY

Be a Registered FULL TIME undergraduate in a recognized Nigerian University
Be a certified 100 or 200 level student at the time of application
Show proof of SSCE or Equivalent Certificate.
Show proof of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) score.
Show proof of Admission letter from the University and Matriculation Number
Show proof of A-level or Equivalent Certificate (for direct entry students)

PLEASE NOTE:

Students with less than 200 score in UTME need not apply
Students with less than 2.50 CGPA of 5-point scale, or equivalent
300 level students and above need not apply
Current beneficiaries of similar awards from any other Company or Government Agency need not apply


METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Personal Information: Enter your name, date of birth and permanent home address Upload your recent passport photograph.

2. Contact Information: Enter your email and mobile phone information. Only use an active email and mobile phone number.

3. Origin: Enter your state and local government of origin data. You are required to upload a certificate or proof of origin from your local government or state.

4. University Information: Select your university, course and year of study. You will be required to upload your JAMB/University admission letter.

5. Result Information: Input your JAMB score or CPGA. You are required to upload your JAMB statement of result and university CPGA. For year two medical students, your JAMB score suffices.

6. Review Application: Review your application ensure all fields have been correctly entered. Upload all the documents required:

Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSCE)

That's one among many of the testimonies I used to find extremely weird and ridiculous.

Even when I was a believer, it weird me out when people give testimonies on even trivial stuff like success in exams or even getting a job they are not qualify for. I normally thought to myself that if god is actually responsible for my consistent success in every examination that I sit for, than maybe he should spare his miracles on me on that regard and allow me to fail the exams and channel the miracles to million of children dying from malaria and hunger.

When you try to question stuff like that, focks will result to saying that god works in mysterious way. How sad.

Grace works bro. God can make you qualify for what you not qualified for in the sighte of men. Favour speaks!!
