Unilag, oau, ui cut off marks for BDS last year were 64.75, 270 and 61 resp.
Catchment cut off are usually few marks lower in unilag and oau tho.
Meaning u need to aim @ at least 75, 319 and 65 in unilag, oau and ui's putme resp.
None of the above scores is impossible.
Get their question patterns and see which of them u r ok with most.
319 obviously looks scary, but numerous peepz got more than that last year. It just has tactics.

Unilag is one of those schools that make their admission "formulae" known. Kill the cut off and you are in. Find out the cut off they used last year for BDS, add 10 to it,
Let x be ur putme score and use your jamb score to find what x must be.
Get their real past questions and then be realistic with yourself. However, you have months to "transform" yourself as nothing is impossible.
UI nd OAU are options if you are skeptical and COC is still available.
With UI, just start preparing like you want to take jamb again (but without calculator and with more time consciousness).
With OAU, take a week tour to oau campus later this month (when their new intakes would have resumed) for materials. Don't forget to touch their predegree camp o. Then study hard.
Before anything, seek your Lord's counsel.

NB...no school accepts two sittings for med and surg

fedric..if you want a less competitive course go for agriculture..but your subject combo wnt allow you,so you are left with industrial chem and pharm..the latter is competitive,you need a high jamb score..why not try unical..you from the catchment area..im also aspiring for chemistry at unical

Because your sib scored high in jamb authomaticaly makes the rest dullards, if nt me,many sacrified alot for this jamb,i made Library my companion 4rm last year,the day i wrote post utme in UNN,6hrs of intensed reading daily,i attented extra lessons,for crying out loud i solved the p-query till the end severally,made reference to some with britania encyclopaedia...then in the hall,i scattered phy,chem,bio bt couldn't finish eng bcause of few unseen questions...most people in my neighbourhood that saw my effort were so eager to hear my score...i felt ashamed when i saw 227...phy 42,eng 58,bio 74, ...infact i get more furious when i see any JAMB thread. but all the same glory be to God...

I just heard from a reliable source that if a candidate's system powers off when the time is not due,if it is restarted the result wil be faulty. That might be wat happened in my case, my computer triped off,bt it was rebooted. So that their Anti-guess worked against me! My previous saved ans were resaved ... Candidates writing dis week should take note. And JAMB should stop that Anti-guess thing,we understand you want a fair exam withawt malpractice,i do too,infact esp me,but we are in NIGERIA,a developing country,nothing is stable here, some centers weren't equipped with stable facilities in other to prevent system failure.. Well, i guess it is high tym i stopped ranting and prepare for post utme

First and fore most, ALL GLORY BE TO GOD FOR HIS GRACE AND INSPIRATION. In my centre at Auchi polytechnic, campus 2, Auchi. Edo state. The exam went smoothly, we started early. I was among the firstset to write (6:30am). No system malfunction and no power outage too.


Exam started 7:30am or there about. English was kinda okay, they repeated some pqs. Biology was all from pqs. 2011 and 10. Chemistry is good, 20% pqs were repeated and physics , fair. 60calculations. I am yet to receive my result. I trust God, He will not fail me. Success to those yet to write.

I reprinted my slip today and my seat number has been changed from 037 to 034.
Also, the center number has been changed from C146XX to C36801.
Please, has anyone noticed this? I hope I have no reason to panic? Thanks.
