There is a question I wan to ask, for those persons who choose not to pay the 3k, how will they get the GREEN CARD?
since they can get call up letters from their school, will they also get the GREEN card Alongside?

Your green card is a document that contains the summary of your biodata and your call up number. I don't think you need it since you are not making any payment online for your call up. You will get your call up letter in your school with the call up number boldly written on it...My school didn't give those who collected theirs with them any green card...But it is advisable you pay the money...Though the payment is not compulsory...

Hahaha, don't mind me... This enjoyment is too much for me to bear. I need more hands down here..Lolz...Overall, Nasarawa is not a bad place, don't pray to be posted to the thick villages there, that's all. If you get a good place in Keffi, Lafia etc, you are covered...

Network was so congested on nysc portal today but am lucky it went through for me.I had to pick lagos,sokoto,nassarawa and enugu.

Babe, am not sure if you can do that. The earlier the bett'r, look for a way of getting the money. You don't wanna see funny states during your reg...You can't even go far with your reg without the payment. All the best...

white or off-white with no shadow.

You will need it during your registration in camp not during your online registration. You CAN'T escape that..lolz..

I can't remember uploading any document for my reg except your passport which must suit the requirement. Bother less about the requirement, the cafe should know bett'r. Go with your ATM, you might want to make payment with it.
