Some people have done theirs and guarantors slip was not needed just three things , means of identification , confirmation slip and email slip I couldn't copy and paste the questions asked but it was 40 minutes for 50 questions , English (lexi) mathematics (elementary calculations ) current affairs .

Please my Redmi Go is showing the image below. I have tried all i could to do a factory reset using the power button and the volume down, all to no avail. If i press the power button and volume up button, it will show FASTMOOD which will be displayed till i turn it off. If i put it on normally, it will ask me to input my password and once that is done, it wont go beyond that level of loading.

How can i fix this problem please?
What is the cause of this problem? I will also like to know.
