But my salient question and doubt still remains, how will he do that with the endless processes entails in a democratic dispensation which does not involved the use of decrees but lobbying, manipulation and political maneuvering, especially, with the present crops of Lawmakers, Governors, economic, ethnic and religious forces that have become very critical in the day to day running of the Ship of the Nigerian State.
