The war college don't need certificate from buhari to be part of their programme as he was sponsored by Nigeria govt. (Nigeria army). The entry mode into the N.A is a minimum of SSCE as God will have it exactly what is required for the position buhari is vying for now this is easy to get than the Ph'd or masters you are giving us
