Cut down on carbohydrates intake
especially swallow. Buy green tea, soak
about 5 bags in the morning in a mug
and ensure to take it after each meal.
Also make sure you eat your last meal
before 6/7pm. Buy dumb bells (about
5kg each) and use it to exercise for
