You are so wrong. In dubai most church services are held in family homes. I am talking out of personal experience. There are very few church's and you are not allowed to discuss religion with their citizens. It's a very hard process to get permit for a church.
In Saudi Arabia it's impossible to get a church permit. Israel has greater freedom's than the Arab world
