Well, that was an invitation I hoped you will turn down. I would want to ask you a question; do all caretakers have disgruntled tenants? tongue

LMFAO

I still can't control myself, I'm laughing till my ribs ache. If this is truly what happened, I wonder what all those Germans who got themselves killed would think or do if they knew.

RomanceRe: What To Do With A Cheating Boyfriend? by Brymore(m): 7:24pm On Apr 12, 2007
@ Topic

You need to talk with him. A guy might be seeing another girl and still have you as his love.
I have seen situations where a guy has a serious relationship and still keeps a few not too serious ones. What we do (sorry, I mean what such guys do) is to simply tell the other girls where they stand, if they are cool with it, then cool, if not, then they can buzz off.

Talk to him and find out where he places you, you would have to make him tell you the truth. If he uses you as a fiddle, then the best way to deal with him is to leave him with the other girl.

Christianity EtcRe: Trousers Or Mini Skirts: Which Is A Sin? by Brymore(m): 6:47pm On Apr 12, 2007
Clothings being a sin depends on the perspective from which you view it.

From the Christian angle, any form of dressing is a sin if it causes another person to sin.
Also, sexes are also expected not to exchange clothes, like men dressing like women and vice versa (Deuteronomy 22 vs 5). This is good because what is meant for women or men is determined by the culture of the environment where you are.

So, decide for yourself; does the mini make you sin (even "lookery" is one)? Then it is sin. If not, she is good to go.

What really counts is not so much the love and trust but more of discipline.

It takes discipline for you to be faithful to a person you hardly see or know what S/He is doing wherever.
As someone earlier said, Absence heightens love but presence strengthens it.

BusinessRe: Why Is Solar Power Not Commonly Used In Nigeria? by Brymore(m): 6:18pm On Apr 12, 2007
Thanks all for your posts,

I was also wondering, why don't we try creating or constructing our own solar panels and power packs if they are so expensive to import and take so much time (I believe they are gotten for you only when you order for them).

In my spare time, I may not mind trying my hands on building one if I can get the components locally or construct them (I was made a transmitter, and used formaica and aluminum to desire the circuit board).

Can anyone of you guys post a complete circuit of a solar panel, it may help too.
By the by, I'm a hobbyist engineer.

RomanceRe: How Can Nigerian Men Be More Romantic? by Brymore(m): 6:06pm On Apr 12, 2007
Who said Naija Men are not romantic?

Truth is everyone shows his/her affection in different ways. The fact that a man brings breakfast to you in bed or buys you roses (real or synthetic) does not make him any more romantic than a man that tells you about his daily experiences or one that tells you "remove your clothes, I want to do!".

It simply means that they are expressing themselves in different ways, and I believe a lot of people will agree with me that life will be boring if everyone turned all "romantic" on every other person. LOL

@ Spoilt,

You are not a man so I don't think you will be in the best position to speak for men.
Besides, one or a few men's experiences does not necessarily mean that it is same for all others.

I told laudate that I know how you can live polygamously happy and I meant it, no denial theory and all that. I also said any interested male could call me if they want to know how.

Cest fini.

If you are also interested in knowing how, we can arrange and meet somewhere, then I can tell you.

IBDat:
Here u go Harvard:
Come on, men! That's the way to do it! Quickly! Quickly! Take in the upper sail. Listen to the master's orders. —Blow your heart out, storm! So long as we have enough room to avoid running aground!
Beautiful, IBDat, I was about to explain it to him, but yours is real good.
You remind me of literature in school.

Hi All,

I love this link, well done Carpenter!
I used to practice Shotokan Karate while in school, school work caught up with me and I could not keep up with trainings.

I still have the interest though and practice a few kicks and punches at home.
@Junegirl, some people normally practice Karate on a basket ball pitch in Area 1 Garki, I'll probably find out more about them and get across to you. I do see them around 5 am in the mornings. Tell me if you are interested.
CultureRe: Your Views On Polygamy? by Brymore(m): 5:51pm On Apr 11, 2007
laudate:
Polygamy and happiness do NOT go together. Period!
Not completely true. Well, if you are smart, you can be polygamous and escape the juju thing, voodoo, unhappiness and all of that. The only little problem is that you will become a caretaker of your wives and children grin.

You can give me a call for further details.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: What Time Do You Resume / Close At Work? by Brymore(m): 5:41pm On Mar 30, 2007
I officially resume work by 10 am and there is no official closing hours, you just work till you are satisfied.

Unofficially, I resume work 9-10am and work remains with me everywhere I go (I work at home too)
RomanceRe: How To Approach A Girl On The First Day? by Brymore(m): 5:35pm On Mar 30, 2007
Different situations require different techniques and handling, but I think ladies are just like every other human being, thus the best technique is to be sincere, you will either get a yes or no.

If you try to lie, she will find you out later if it is a serious relationship and she might hate you then.

So, walk up to her, try to be your most amiable (a smile can go a long way in creating that impression), then tell her what first struck you about her and what motivated you to talk to her. You may strike it lucky.

(A friend once walked up to a girl on campus and told her he felt sexually attracted to her. She said she loved him for his sincerity)
