I was there in the middle of January and it was a sorry sight after five years. I think I saw only one or two buildings in the entire "estate" at various stages of construction.

I stay in PH currently but I am in full support of subscribers doing something. These so called developers have taken us for a long ride. I visited the Forthright estate and I knew I had chosen the wrong company to invest in.

I'm Sure your statement about separating men from boys was in good humor. But just in case someone takes it seriously, let me clarify. Some interested folks don't live in Enugu. Some don't even live in the east and they visit once in a long while, but are interested in this property investment. Now that Spyder has opted to do everything for them, they would rather take the option and get the land fenced, and with Spyder keeping an eye on their property. They don't want a situation where in future they will be looking for someone to go there and secure the property physically, only to find Spyder is too busy to do that, and there's no one else they can entrust with that responsibility. So now that spyders blood is boiling to work, they rather engage him.
