After my last test, we went to fertility clinic today. But to my surprise, my morphology went than to 100% abnormal from 70% normal and 30% abnormal. Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia was stated. Is it treatable? I can't have a child without ivf?

Yes is treatable but most times it takes time.
if finance is not a problem please work towards doing ivf.
Talking from experience my hubby active motility was 20 % with every other parameters good when we got married, we tried different drugs to boost it instead the count and morphology increased leaving the motility. I don't want to bore you with long story, God is helping us.
If you don't have the finance, you can save towards that, while taking your prescribed drugs, a miracle can still happen.
I pray God come through for your family.

There's a difference between severe Oligospermia and Azoospermia.

Azoospermia is ZERO sperm like nothing nothing dey inside, just fluid with zero sperm

Oligospermia is fewer numbers of sperm and they are graded.

Pls house I need help. My husband was diagnosed with azoospermia due to low testosterone & high FSH. He was given injection every two weeks for the hormones & now the doctor is on live.

Pls does anyone have any success story on azoospermia or any experience on this. Pls I need advice or help on what to do next.
