If all investigations are normal, I suspect it could be a kind of functional neurology disorder. This means although there isn’t any physical/structural cause for your symptoms, it could be due to how your body perceive sensory stimulus. It also doesn’t mean you are making things up.
If you find this debilitating, you may have to consult a neurologist with specialist interest in diagnosing functional disorders. You can ask around to see if such neurologist exists in Nigeria.

Were all these tests requested by Doctors?. If yes and they are all fine as you said, the next thing is to look at things from a lifestyle point of view. Do you smoke a lot? Drink alcohol a lot? Do you suffer from erectile dysfunction

Good evening doctor,to the questions.Yes those tests were prescribed by doctors.To lifestyle I don't smoke nor drink alcohol.But I still remember ruining one urine msc in a particular lab which they said they said there was moderate growth of staphylococcus aures but I carefully took d treatment accordingly but yet the symptoms are are still there.mean while for this two yrs I have never observed any other symptoms like rashes, discharge or itching,it just d severe burning sensation in the scroutum and pinch inside the penis.
