ShowYoung: Visa fee is $150 since you don't need to do biometric again.
You don't need to pay in dollar again as they now accept Naira. Yesterday, I paid using my Naira Mastercard debit card. I was also forced to attempt paying by myself; lo and behold, it went through and I was charged Naira equivalent at a very cheap rate. IRCC now accept NAIRA? What bank card did you use? |

username12: I was concerned about our overzealous folks at Nigeria Airports too, but I realized that you can always ginger them to enquire from their superiors on the matter. My school held orientation course for us on Saturday and they mentioned it specifically that you can come with either pcr or antigen Exactly! I think I'd be sticking to the Antigen Test. It'd have also been rampant before my flight date. But my issue is the 24hrs timeframe before flight time for doing the test. Cause my flight is an early one. |

On Friday, 11th of March 2022, I finally received the good news of the approval of my Canadian study visa. Truly, delay is not denial, these are my application details:

BeejayB: Please do PCR, they might be accepting antigen in canada now but trust me Naija airport staff will ask for PCR. You know it takes long for us to adjust to any change Exactly!!! Thought about this too.. But I think once you stand your ground, and maybe show them proof on IRCC page, they'd have no choice than to let you in. I sure know those guys can be very funny and annoying! |

username12: Walk in to any standard lab nearby and ask for covid antigen test. If the ones you check don't run the test, they'll know those that do. My office sell the test kit, I'll check for list of our customers in Lagos tomorrow and let you know. Should not cost more than 10k to run the test. Wow... This is good. Saves time and money! I'd be expecting a feedback boss.. Thanks a lot. My issues is just these dullards at the Nigerian Airports. They might want to do their wereh thing and still demand for a PCR Test. |

Aside that the bank will ask you to fund the dorm account from the black market in fact they will call the aboki to come meet you in the bank themselves lols Bros I have no idea about Domiciliary account. That's why I didn't talk about it. If Return ticket would make you get 4K$ why not? Book it! I booked for a return ticket too. |

Aissy: Please those that have travelled recently or have travelled , how did you do the proof of fund at the POE? My parents want to send the money for my upkeep to my account about 3.5-4M while my remaining tuition is with them, I don’t know if that is alright?
I want to open a dollar account so I can get dollars to travel? How wise is this? If you parents decide to send you 3.5M to your account, that's fine. Instead use half of that 3.5M to apply for PTA and leave the rest in your account. You can show the $4000 gotten from PTA to the Immigration Officer. And the remaining in your account, and a screenshot of your parents account statement.. This should do. Good luck. |

CountVersailles: I don't know why you guys are always scared once you hear credit. Credit in canada is different from credit in Nigeria if you know how to use it wisely. Credit is actually good and a lot of people have made fortunes off the back of this. Oga, don't be scared. You can do car loan if you want. You can do anything and not just limit this fantastic opportunity to just "buying groceries and paying phone bills". Just use it wisely. First sensible comment I've seen you drop since my 5yrs on this thread Though e still get small K-Leg. But must you always compare Canada to Nigeria Can they even be compared? |

Useless things!
In their mind now the efcc has gone soft, if they like themselves they better relocate to neighboring countries coz this 2022 will get very messy when efcc begins. You're a born fool! School fees in that school is more than #200,000 a session! It's not cheap! I'm a living witness! You can't force a grown up, matured student to learn. Are you m_ad? Or are you just trying to sound stupid and irritating? If a student refuses to learn, it's his/her business and not the lecturer's concern. I went to that school, lecturers have no respect for students! They are violent and wicked! I wish you could travel out of this shitty country and see how education is. I don't blame you. I blame the zoo country you're in, and poverty that's ravaging you. |

That's good! Let them protest and also beat and burn that foolish lecturer and school if they can! I graduated from that foolish school and I can tell you lecturers have no respect for students. Lecturers slaps student, curse, assault, hit with stick, tell students to kneel with their hands up, like who the fuc_kk does that!? My department (Public Administration) people like Onyekwelu, Egodike, Emeka Obi, Bruno, (Bastar_d), are very capable of doing such rubbish.
