Nobody can give you an honest answer to that, you just have to submit and hope for the best.
Okay. Thanks

Yes if you are going for AR then they don't have to reissue the CoS, its only necessary for reapplication, you can mention that in your letter to ECM, having a copy of whatever they added would have helped you argue your point against the refusal.
Okay. I have a copy of their sponsor note addition with me and am using that to construct my argument. My concern is will the reviewer honour what my sponsor just added on the sponsors note during review?

If that charity has being issuing CoS then they should know how CoS checking system works and should be able to clarify the mistake. There is nothing you as an applicant can do, your sponsor should work on the CoS then reissue it again to you.

Yes for AR you are not allowed to add supporting document, you can only write an explanatory letter arguing against ECO's refusal points.
Thank you very much Justwise for your responses. When I scanned the refusal letter to them, I was told they don't need to issue another CoS but to add a SPONSOR NOTE on my CoS so the administrative reviewer can see. My job roles are also listed on the CoS. Please how can I address this issue in the AR form? Can I tell them my sponsor has added a sponsor note?

The mistake is from your sponsor and you need to forward the refusal letter to them so that they will ratify it.

The CoS they issued you did not explain clearly how your work will benefit them or meet the CoS issuing guideline.

Basically for a CoS to be considered valid it has to meet those standard outlined in the guideline
Please Justwise is there any other way to explain in the CoS except issuing a CoS? Because when I checked caseworkers guidance I saw that a valid CoS must :
1)Be Issued by an A-rated licensed sponsor

2) Have same details as in applicant passport

3) Not have a start date of 3 months before the date of application.

4) Be issued not more than 3 months before the date of application.

5) Have a reference number that links to the CoS checking system.

6) Not have been withdrawn by the sponsor or the home office.

7) Not have been used for a previous application.

Please how can the mistake be rectified by my sponsor now once I am not allowed to add any other document to the administrative review? When I contacted them I was told they have added a note to explain that on SPONSORS NOTE section of my CoS. Thanks

Did you submit a valid CoS from the charity organization you are going to work for?
Yes Justwise. I submitted a valid CoS. Not yet cancelled or withdrawn by my sponsor or the home office. My sponsor told me they have added a sponsor note now on the CoS to clarify those issues. I don't think the ECO has marked the CoS as used because if it has been marked as used adding a sponsors note won't be possible. It was even stated on my appointment letter that I am going to work on a year contract. Please can you tell me what you mean by a valid CoS because my CoS was valid when I applied. Thanks

Justwise, please find the attached refusal page as I resnapped it. Thanks for your help.

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by buddiemm:
Justwse did you mean its unreadable the way I snapped it or how please. Let me quickly highlight the reason for refusal here please :

1) The ECO stated that my sponsor did not demonstrate how my intended work will assist the aim of the charity. But it is already stated on sponsors guidance notes that once a CoS has been assigned by the sponsors all those conditions have been guaranteed already.

2) The ECO stated that mysponsor has not provided the mission statement of the charity. Does the mission statement needs to be stated on a separate paper? Because when I informed my sponsor about this they have added the mission statemen of the charity on sponsors note of my CoS.

3) The ECO stated that my sponsor has not stated that I am not filling a permanent position including on a temporary basis. But it is written on my appointment letter submitted with my application that it is a 12month contract.

4) The ECO stated that he can not award me 10 points for maintenance because he deemed the CoS to be invalid. But according to page 11 of the caseworker guidance on tier 5 applications my CoS should be valid.

Good evening everyone in the house. I applied for Tier 5 Charity Worker visa and had my Biometrics and Oral interview on August 25, 2017. I once studied in the UK.
I submitted the following documents for my application:

1) Appointment Letter containing my certificate of sponsorship number.

2) Marriage Certificate with pictures.

3) Application form and my passport.

4) Sponsor note that was sent to me by my sponsor to indicate change of passport number on the UKVI website which indicated that my previous passport number was mistakenly used to generate the CoS but was corrected on UKVI website by my sponsor and I also wrote it in the additional information page on my application form.

But when I collected my package today I find the refusal letter with the following contents in my application. Justwise, Ekpotek, Blessedgeorgeus, Brightingsus and all other gurus in the house please come to my aid because I want to do the review. Justwise, Ekpotek, Brightingsus please respond as I need to send the administrative review. Thanks

Justwise, Ekpotek and other gurus please read my refusal letter and put me through on what to write for the administrative review please. It was also stated in the letter by the ECO that he didn't find it necessary to interview me but I was interviewed through video call when I had biometrics.

Hers will be out soon as well. Yours might be because you need to go and start working ASAP. It does happen like that. Still waiting for mine as Tier 5 charity worker.

Shrinkhal, what date did you receive an email stating that your application is currently being prepared for consideration? Did both of you applied for Tier 2 general visa under same company? Were both of you interviewed together when you went for submission?
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by buddiemm: 10:19pm On Aug 27, 2017
Blessedgeorgeus, no salary was mentioned in the CoS because even in the job advert it was stated that no salary is going to be paid except for reasonable expenses. I thought she just wanted to let me say something different from what is stated on the advert and CoS checking system. Those are the last two of the 18 questions she asked. She also asked wheather I have children and I said no after I told her my wife is in Nigeria. Thanks
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by buddiemm: 8:28am On Aug 27, 2017
Thank you for your response blessedgeorgeus. But please how can it be addressed if it turns to AR? The last two questions the lady asked are the following after asking about my sponsor's name, address and what they are doing.

1) How much is your salary going to be? I told her I am not going to be paid because it is a voluntary work.

2) Do you have any family in Nigeria? I told her my wife is here in Nigeria.
When I went to study I was single but got married after my arrival

Good evening my people. I just heard of this forum today from a friend. My name is Bode. Please I want to know if it is compulsory to answer all the questions correctly during an interview for a UK visa. This is my story: I went for aTier 5 charity worker visa interview on Wednesday and I was once in the UK for my masters degree. So the interviewer asked me how long did I stayed in the UK when I went to study and I said 15 months, I told him the exact date I arrived the UK and the date I left the UK as it was written on my application form but when I came out of the interview room I discovered that the calculation suppose to be 17 months instead of 15 months. Please can this cause any issue once I told him the exact dates I arrived and departed the UK? Also all questions that I was asked about my employer was answered correctly and about the charity job I am going to do. But I was asked about the charity statement of purpose of my employer which I didn't know and I told the lady I don't know it. Can this also cause any issue please I don't know if anyone has experienced this before and if it is compulsory to answer all questions correctly because out of the 18 questions I was asked only those two answers disturb my mind after the interview. Thanks.
