I don't even know what to tell you. Well, lemme say this. It is wrong to expect a token as a member of a church from your church (i.e in form of cheaper fees or stuff like that). If a scholarship is given, then that is fine by me.
And it is literally impossible to finance a standard university privately without charging adequate fees for it's continuity. If we were talking secondary or primary schools here, the case would have been different (after all, the missionaries didn't provide universities for those pastors).

Be it a church owned university or not, you will not see a cheap private university anywhere in the world.

I'm not a virgin and this has nothing to do with that. It has everything to do with trying your best to be faithful and loyal and responsible in a committed relationship or marriage.

I did not find time to read all the comments, but I will advise a few:

1. Your sister should run. That girls are getting pregnant for this guy everywhere means he does it without protection. She is risking her life living with him except she decides to insist he always uses protection with her.

2. Your sister needs to leave him and move on. 1.5m is good enough money to start a biz with. Let her start with the 1.5m while you keep the 2m you can give her so she can use as sustenance. The growth of a biz does not always depend on the start up capital. It depends more on the management of the biz.

3. She needs to scale down her lifestyle. Forget this crap about being from a rich family.

4. Finally and most importantly. She should table the proofs she has before her husband and demand compensation. She will then use the compensation to activate No. 1. Simple.
