Good morning everyone, pls I need help urgently.

I made some errors in my tier 4 visa application.

Errors:
1. Do you have any person depending on you financially? I said Yes. My husband and daughter are depending on me.

2. Do you have any known name before? I said No. However, I indicated my maiden name on the form

3. Do you know where you will live in the UK. I mentioned the university, but because I have family, I am not permitted to stay in school accommodation. I have however secured a private accommodation.

4. Where do you live presently. I indicated our family house which we neither own nor rent.

All these issues I want to address in a separate letter and attach in my application and upload with my documents but the school representative has advised that I cancel my application because of these errors that I may be refused visa which will affect the school. I have my Visa interview on Tuesday.

Please kindly advice, are these errors enough to get me a visa refusal?

Same happened to me. I thanked them for their offer and said i initially chose them because of their ranking blah blah, but unfortunately, i am choosing to withdraw my application in favour of another university for personal reasons.....i requested for a refund of the fee i paid previously...... I ended my email by thanking them for their "beautiful offer"........Schools know and expect students to consider other universities, so its no biggy. Hope this helps....cheers!

Good Day Everyone, I have paid £1000 in a university but I got another offer in another university and I have made deposit payment in this new uni and received my CAS.
My question is, please can someone tell me a valid reason to state to the university I won’t be attending again to apply for my £1000 deposit?
I need reasons that are obtainable that won’t seem flimsy and lead to denial of my refund.
Please I will appreciate your responses as I need the £1000 for other bills.

I haven't used it or had anyone use it but you should be able to use it because it's a US-based financial institution which operates like a regular bank with regular savings and checking accounts and it's regulated by National Credit Union Administration, one of the financial regulators in the US in addition to being backed by the US government.

You need either your spouse's permission or proof of separation. Your best bet would be to swear an affidavit stating that you haven't been in contact with your spouse and that you don't know his whereabouts. This is to avoid stories that touch.

Please how can a separated parent prove sole responsibility of a child in the visa application under tier 4 visa. Since the rule states that one should apply with a child and spouse together. In a case where the parents are separated and not in contact, how can this be proven?
Asides divorce certificate or death certificate?
