I seek to object with respect to the van posted on this thread, dat van is meant for Local Area Sales Rep. As a Sales Executive of NB, a brand new unbranded L200 will be given to each of the successful candidate. Only the strong survive here in NB Sales force, good package and benefits tho...but you have to be ready to work. Success to you all.

This time i think it's going to be Nissan Frontier (petrol model).
I always hear ppl say "....you have to be ready to work". 'Work' as in like 6am-7pm including weekends, like bank job?

I hate it when people show traits of hypocricy and one sided without facts.Tell me who amongst these so call politicians who had not enrich themselves while in office,Tinubu uses the money he has to establish organisations that employ labour but many do not and dont be surprise that at the end of this currrent dispensation more atrocities will be reveal
Pls state d establishments he built with the stolen money and the type of LABOUR he employed. Not that other politicians are better but i just want to know my brother.

With youths like you there's also no hope for the future. You're supposed to be questioning your government why they have evidences of corruption against a politician yet they're creating documentaries on him instead of prosecuting him. Who's the hopeless person here?
This is pure ignorance of the workings of politics. If GEJ decides to hunt them with EFCC at this time of 'political heat' APC supporters will so twist the story that neutral electorates will b forced to vote against GEJ.

On a entry level basis it's a great job
The pay is about N3.5million
Benefits are great. There's health insurance and the job is pensionable
Plus you get a car, laptop, phone and free drinks monthly.
Plus job security is like 90%

N3.5m per annum u mean?

Congrats to everyone that scaled aptitude test, functional test and driving test. You're really worthy; now for the remaining 25%.

Drawing from my experiences here are my best interview tips/advice:

1] For a sales interview smart casual dress code is usually ok. That is neatly ironed shirt and chinos trouser with a tie. If you want to take it up a notch and do suit, no wahala!
2] Know about the company. its' brands, brewery locations, corporate social responsibility drive (includes sponsorship of events & shows) and history (for example their recent mergers and acquisitions: Sona Breweries and Consolidated Breweries) etc
3] The usual sales basic: sell this bottle of water/pen to me
4] Potray yourself as very outgoing/sociable (cos that is what the job demands...extroverts) and determined/focused.
5] Know what responsible drinking is and other habits that successful selling of beer entails
6] Very importantly Know your career achievements so far and how that qualifies you for this job. Please Quantify your achievements! In other words: What can you offer?
7] Know how your education background qualifies you for this job. Be grounded in your course of study.
8] For this job a degree is ok; if you have masters or PHD shut your mouth before you present yourself as over qualified!
9] The job is fun and rewarding but like a 7 days a week role...tasking and demanding. If married don't present yourself as too tied down by your spouse or kids. The best fit for the job are bachelors so be guided.
10] Just in case there are changes this year be prepared on a normal recruitment standard for "Presentations, group discussions and role play exercises".

If in the end you're successful please pay it forward by buying beer for people around you.

God bless and Good luck!!!

P/S:
11] When you're told to ask a question, ask a question that portrays you as a serious person that's passionate about the job. Example: Sir from your wealth of experience can you please tell me what you consider to be the key features that can make me a high achiever on the role if I'm taken?

Very good insight bro. Na ur kinda ppl God dey scatter with blessings tru prayers of ppl they have helped.
You sound like an insider or sm1 dt is really 'on ground' based on NB. Permit me to ask this silly question; how much could be the pay for a NB's Sales Executive?

A good phone doesn't need after sales customer support like tecno does. HTC, Iphones, Sony Experia and Motorola are being used in Nigeria with no problems and no need to be visiting Carl Care Center every other day to fix problems that shouldn't be in the first place.

Samsung and iphone are very popular devices. Why does Samsung sale more in Nigeria than iphone? Toyota and Ford are very good cars. Why does Toyota sale more in Nigeria than Ford?
"....problems that shouldn't be in the first place." eerrm, i never nkew God now has an electronics company, cus the last time i checked only His products can b perfect.

Seriously speaking Youwin is real. The fact that you personally don't know the awardees, doesn't change it. Each year the list of the awardees is pasted on their website according to their states. You can easily check the list youself.

The process is tranparent. If you are interested just give a try. Forget about all these false propaganda, GEJ did a great job through this Youwin Programme.

Like i said earlier, I'm not disputing d fact that YouWin could b real or very transparent bt what we wnt to put straight is the possibility of it being 'a political sham'.

Jst visited their site @ https://www.youwin.org.ng/youwin_success_story and saw only 8 success stories What happened to the rest?

PS. Couldn't find "the list of the awardees pasted on their website according to their states".

PPS. This is not a propaganda it's a fact seeking mission.

Youwin like many of Jonathan flaunted achievement is a national fraud. It was packaged to favour few of the pdp members and most of the fund allocated for it squandered by the coordinators.

Don't be a doubting Thomas
You can still apply, the date for submission of Youwin has been extended to 13th February 2015
The process is transparent.

Lol. Im not a doubting Thomas my brother. We just have to know who is decieving who. Some pple say YouWin favoured them a whole lot more say its a sham.
In most cases people only attest to having a 'friend' or 'relative' or 'friend's friend' or 'relative's friend' who has benefited; jst like u just said. The first commenter and the owner of that website ppsted by u r the only true beneficiaries i hv ever see/heard from. Thanks for the link.
