Pls I'm a 1st time ar. I use a tecno P5 , it runs on 4.2 jb and I have an active bis plan with mtn. The problem is, I can't surf the internet wit it n I dnt understand or knw hw to go abt with the 'blackberry.net apn' thing. Pls can u help a newbie? Pls I need all d necessary things to do so as to be able to surf. Thanks in anticipation.

Though they may nt ask bt go along wit ur receipt n d pack of d phone, mk sure d serial/IMEI number on d pack n dat on ur phone r same. Bt since d PC does nt recognize any usb at all y nt try another PC b4 going to carlcare? Jst my sugestion.

Try settings>more>tethering &portable hotspot>usb tethering (u must hv connected ur device to ur pc via usb b4 going tru d process). If it doent work try another usb cord, if it persists, sowi dude, don my bit. Contact carlcare.

Wat do u intend ti block actually, adds? Use lucky patcher to disable adds on ur device n 1 firewall capable app. Using mire than 1 firewall capable app will nt ensure total block.
