I was previously denied Dec 7,book another appointment they gave me Jan 28 , which is far from the school resumption(jan16). I , therefore opt for the emergency request but not approved. I saw 18th of December 2018 for Abuja and 24th of December 2018 for Lagos just for me to go and pay the visa fee and return but date have changed 2 of January 2019 and 11 of January 2019 respectively. My school resume 7th of January and all GA students are required to resume 4th of January.

During the process, the system will detect your old account when you input your passport number and date of birth. You will be asked to upload your passport data page in order to claim ownership of the old account. Before 48 hours, old account will be moved to your new account after confirming your ID

Perhaps, all he is trying to say is that people should maintain eye contact as leaning on the frame might prevent that if one isn't conscious of looking up.

U will be issued tracking number when u pay with money order or check. U can use the tracking number to know when the check or the payment will get to sevis.
