They basically promised Georgia voters that they will vote for the check if they were elected. Trump also calling Georgia elections a fraud helped to keep republican voters at home.

I agree with the first part. But I disagree with the second. If Republican voters had stayed at home, the race won't be this close. Democrats would have won by a wide margin. People were just tired of Trump and his antics. That's why some of them voted Republicans at the house level and voted for Biden as president.
