It all depends on your location. This budget may not take you far in Lagos.

Let me advice you make it a simple 2 bedroom flat with a toilet/bathroom, kitchen and living room. Your budget should take it to at least roof it and do ceiling if you manage it yourself in any location.

From when you agreed to pay back till now, its been up to 3weeks, you know its not so cool the way the cash was split but I had no problem with that, you assured me about 4 times and failed, I was becoming uneccessary anxious and tired of expecting without seeing the money..


But in all of this what hurts most is you cut off communication, 5k should not be a problem to you so all I asked was "please sir could you tell me when you can pay the money unfailingly?"
