It's better to eat smaller portions of food every one or two hours than to eat to a full stomach at a go. Smaller portion of meal digest faster which is best for healthy living.

Here are the disadvantage of eating to a full stomach.

4. Eating to Full-- especially unhealthy foods -- can take its toll on your digestive system. Digestive enzymes are only available in limited quantity, so the larger the amount of food you eat, the longer it takes to digest. If you over eat frequently, over time, this slowed digestive process means the food you eat will remain in the stomach for a longer period of time and more likely to turn into fat or budge stomach. There are other networks to use, Airtel, Glo etc, if u are not satisfied with one use the other.
I stopped using MTN for over two years, kept it ON simply because it is the network I used the longest aside my previous glo line.

You subscribe 400gb because you can share data which mtn told you. After subscription the following week mtn told you they have suspend sharing data. Is that not criminal act. Let them returned back peoples money because we are talking about 100k here.

you people are just crying for nothing. Before now, you buy the router and subscribe for the plan, you get 4TB total data. 1.5TB for 100k and 2.5TB bonus data. Now everything is gone.

How many people can confortably buy 1 terabyte of data when they can't share it?. No body will buy 1 terabyte just like that if they cannot share it. I called them since they ban the sharing of data atleast convert the data back to airtime. They said sorry they cannot do that that's stealing opening while the government watch helpless citizens.

Mtn just suspend data sharing just like that when people already subscribe to 1 terabyte of data.

They should have informed people with notice before subscribing that they could no longer share data before buying 1 terabyte plan for 100k or 4.5 terabyte for 450k.

The economy is affecting everybody and not only MTN. MTN shouldn’t pour out their frustration on Nigerians. Millions of Nigerians currently subscribed from 400gb to 1 terabyte data.

MTN decision is deceptive and a criminal act. That only bridge the initial agreement and it can only happen in Nigeria. Call MTN management to order before Nigerians start attacking MTN installations.

Allow people to finish their data. Before you ban it. And also make make it clear to them that they cannot share the data before subscribing to plan.

Imagine the nerve this people have.

Why not refund the subscribers back their money since you ban it. That’s bridge of agreement. After they lalready subscribe 1 terabyte plan. They subscribe it because they can share the data. But now they cannot share the data.

Imagine someone paid 100k for data 1 terabyte. Then you suspend the sharing.

I’m currently affected since last week i called the customer care that Since they suspended data transfer from 1 terabyte atleast they should help me convert the data back to airtime. They said it’s not possible. How cam you make decisions like that without considering your customers.

This is day light robbery. Nigeria need to call the attention of NCC to this.

It’s not by active users. But heavy users. 2 users internet usages within a month can tackled 20k to 30k user internet usage in place like kano and ogun.

An example check starlink penetration in Nigeria and you will see that place like ogun and kano doesn’t even come close.
